Rick and his wife Jennifer play an active role in the Community benefiting Royal Family Kids’ Camp.. Royal Family Kids’ Camp is a one week Summer Camp for abused, abandoned and neglected children within our Community, since 2001 Royal Family Kids’ Camp of Concord has taken hundreds of local foster children to Camp. This Camp is designed to build positive memories in the lives of these hurting children.

Rick Fuller and his team are absolutely phenomenal. I moved up to the East Bay this past month and had a very short time frame to find a home. Rick was fast, efficient and extremely helpful along the way. From the time I first contacted him to the time I moved in to my new home only took about 2 weeks. He was willing to meet with me on random days at times that weren’t business typical because he knew my crazy schedule and that I would be commuting form San Jose each time to visit homes with him. He gave me and my wife great advice along the way and was able to get us into the home we wanted quickly. He even showed my sister some homes in the area as she is looking to move out here as well. Rick talks to you like your an old friend and you can’t help but feel like just that when you’re working with him. He really has your best interest in mind and he truly went above and beyond in everything I could ever hope for in a real estate agent. I would highly recommend Rick to anybody looking for a quality real estate agent. Thank you for being so genuine Rick!!!

My wife and I chose Rick after reading so many great reviews. We were getting ready to move out of town and needed to get the home sold quickly. I was expecting to do a bunch of work to get the home in perfect condition for sale, but thankfully Rick saved us the expense. Since he understands the market so well, he suggested we do minimal work, and do a major cleaning. Since we listed the home after we had moved out, I was concerned about having an empty house sit too long. Rick did a great job. His marketing and open house produced 3 offers, and he negotiated a sale for above asking. The good news is… the deal fell through and he needed to sell the home a second time. After getting 4 more offers, he negotiated a final sale that far exceeded the first sales price!

Whenever I send my clients to another professional I need to be really careful. If they have a bad experience… it reflects on me and my professional judgment. I have sent several clients to Rick to sell their properties. Without exception they have all reported back a great experience that was professional, caring and very responsive.
The clients I send Rick have usually experienced a recent death in the family. Therefore, they need extra care and attention because as we all know, when a loved one dies we aren’t usually at the top of our game. Rick understand this and will take the time with his clients to get the job done right with the proper amount of hand holding. He has artfully handled some sticky family situations and kept things moving.
When the time comes for me to sell my house and buy a new house I will not hesitate to hire Rick for my family. He has taken care of all of my clients as if they were family and brought great results to each situation.
In addition to treating his clients professionally, Rick is very involved in his community in several ways. Whether it’s passing out food to the needy or making sure all of the foster children have a great time at camp, Rick (and his family) are very involved in the community.

He took his time to explain all the paperwork in detail, always available for any questions and doesn’t mind going over things several times. He is helping us with investment home purchase and is making this transaction painless and headache free. He also gives us great recommendations on several other business needs.
