Service Pros Plumbers

It all started with a simple call, right? A few toilets were clogged beyond what I could address with a plunger. I called Service Pros Plumbers because they were close to Brentwood, had good reviews and offered a Unilocal deal. I made the call and they gave me a two hour window in the morning. Something came up and I had to call back and they changed it to a two hour window in the afternoon for me. My plumber arrived within the window and got right to work checking the clean-​outs in the front yard and quickly ascertained where the issue was located. He got to work clearing the first one… then the second, but no luck yet. He moved on to the two clean-​outs in the back yard, still no luck! Now I have four pristine clean-​outs, but the one toilet is still clogged. My plumber proceeded to «snake» the toilet a few times to no avail. Time to take the toilet off! I was a bit shocked that what I thought could be resolved in minutes was taking so long, but it all made sense as my plumber explained what he was doing every step of the way. Once the toilet was off, he saw standing water in the pipe and was able to run the «small» machine down the pipe and finally cleared where the clog was located! Now all the toilets flush properly and the kids will be talked to about the quantity of toilet paper they use and certainly no wipes! Thanks Service Pros Plumbers! :)

As a property manager, I’ve used Service Pros Plumbers on a regular basis. You won’t find better service anywhere around. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve been able to help me out with emergency service calls. I’ve always preferred to use small, local companies whenever possible. The level of service I’ve received from Service Pros Plumbers exemplifies the great customer service you tend to get from such companies.

Juan did a great job installing a water softener in my home. He was professional, and he cleaned up his mess.

Not sure why all the five stars. Their workmanship is pretty good but I have questions about their pricing. Seems a little high but that could be what it costs to get a plumber these days. Had a sink leak and decided to have someone fix rather than do it myself. They recommended replacing rather than fix the leak which was probably the springs and washer. They based this on the hard water damage and didn’t even take the faucet apart to see if it was really corroded or not. Then they gave prices for double the cost of what you can find at the local hardware stores as I just looked up the items they quoted via the web and could see what the retail prices were. Also, for the amount of work done (1 hour), they sure charge a lot. basically talked them down about 20% even than that was probably lot more than what I was expecting. In the future, guess I’ll go back to fixing myself or see if another company will price at a more reasonable amount. Again workmanship was good, but prices, especially the hardware faucet itself, was twice the price if I just went out and got it myself and the labor costs too seemed high.

Amazing!!! I’m one of those people who finds one small problem and I take it to level 10. So there’s s leak in my laundry room and I figure. Crap it’s coming from my bathroom! Dammit!!! I’m leaving for vacation and I have this leak! Arghh! So whatever. Don’t stress. Go on Unilocal and find someone who can come over, break down the wall. Fix the leak and go on with my vacation and relax. My schedule was all crazy so had to wait till the following week to have Service Pros come out. Came out on Friday, I wasn’t home but my mom was. Juan Campos was over, he checked everything and came to the conclusion that the leak was caused by my dumb ass letting the water from the shower go to the floor. There was no busted anything. Just me and my messy shower habits. What makes this company so amazing is that they didn’t even charge us. Juan just let us know what’s up and left. You can be sure if I ever have plumbing issues again I’ll call in servicepros! Thank guys!!!

Very pushy office manager who called twice in one day and sent a follow up email demanding payment! This was all on the same day she sent the first invoice (after I asked for it) and a day after part of the work was done. Never mind that the work is not even completed and they did not clean up after the part of the job that was done. Their quote was also double what Access Plumbing had quoted — we went with Service Pro thinking they were a larger company and would be more professional! Bad idea!

Not happy, their ad says 24 hrs/​7 days… WRONG! They should specified on their ad except HOLIDAYS. Our emergency situation happened at 1:00 a.m., my son woke us up in a FRANTIC because the hot water pipe burst in our bathroom and flooded it! We couldn’t shut it off and had to call 911. The dispatcher contacted the City’s Water Dept to shut off our water completely. I saw their ad that they ²⁴⁄₇ and contacted them. The receptionist said she have someone contact me. An hour pass and no call. So I called back and she told me that she no time frame on what time they were going get in contact with me. By this time it was 3:00 a.m. I called at 4:00 a.m. still no return call and I called the office and she told me the same thing again. I went to sleep by this time at 4:15 a.m. in case SOMEBODY would call me thinking this was a 24 hr service! By the time I woke up, the sun was out and still no call and it was 9:30 a.m. I called them back and very upset! I spoke to another receptionist and told her that I’ve been waiting since 1:00 a.m. for some one to contact me because this was a 24 hr/​7 days plumbing service and it was an emergency! And she told me because it was a Labor Day weekend, I wasn’t getting a call UNTIL TUESDAY! I told her that the other receptionist didn’t tell me anything about that! She apologize for the inconvenience… WHAT THE HELL! THIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST TIME CALLING THIS PLUMBING SERVICE AND THEY NEED TO CLARIFY THEIR AD THAT HOLIDAYS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE 24 HRS/​7 DAYS SERVICE AS WELL AS TRAINING THEIR STAFF TO INFORM CUSTOMERS THIS!

This company is so incredibly helpful, courteous, available, on-​time and overall wonderful to do business with! I called, not only did they answer but they asked what day and time worked for me, not «these are the days and times we have». Juan was here on time, very courteous and informative. Answered all my questions and was very honest. I will absolutely call them again!

Called these guys last min two previous plumbers I tried calling weren’t available won’t say who. Anyways sink was leaking they were able to come short notice help my non handy man ass out. Real classy guy fix my pipes in no time lol. Jk but excellent service will definitely use them again

I agree with others, Service Pro deserves more then 5 stars. Had a leak this weekend and Jason Walker was at my house before 8:15 Monday morning. He was very professional and even shared his knowledge about my leak. Thanks Jason and Service Pros for the great service you provided.

Service Pros Plumbers deserve more than 5 stars. Period! I woke up this morning and found that my Kitchen sink was clogged and the running the garbage disposal made the matter worse as water just started floating up the second sink. I called Service Pros Plumbers and they picked up immediately. I explained my problem and Ana gave me a time-​frame to expect plumbing services.
At exactly the top of the time frame provided, Jaru from Service Pros Plumbers arrived. He was courteous, informative, asked good questions and got to work right away and fixed the problem quickly. When he was done he cleaned up the area and it looked like he was never there!
He then explained to me what he had fixed and gave me some clog prevention tips and then left me with a fully functioning clog-​free kitchen sink. Thank you Service Pros Plumbers for a very professional world class experience.

I had a plumbing problem and tried to fix it myself. I did not have the proper tools and knowledge to do the job correctly and became very frustrated, and it was Saturday and family from out of town coming Tuesday. I need to have a professional do this. I called Service Pros Plumbers and set up an appointment for Monday morning.
They showed up on time and the technician was very polite and professional. He

Very quick service. Called about a toilet backing up around 9:30am– was flushing fine by 10:30. Quick-​clean & fast. I love good service.

Great service at fair price. Jason is a pleasure to do business with and he promptly replaced leaking water heater. This is a very professional business that provides honest estimate prior to work. Work was done with attention to details and no mess left behind. I highly recommend Service Pros for any plumbing job!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Service Pros will always be my go to company for my plumbing needs. It all started with the first phone call to Ana. She was so nice and she listened to my concerns. By the end of the call, Ana put me on the schedule at the first available spot.
On the day of service, Ana called to notify me of the arrival time of my plumber. Thank you Ana! I had the pleasure of working with Jason. He is awesome. He is extremely knowledgeable, polite and exudes the utmost professionalism. I had two areas of concerns (leaks) from my upstairs bathrooms. I showed Jason the two areas and he immediately went to work. He explained everything along the way which I certainly appreciated. He even answered questions to other areas that were not apart of the original job.
What I admired most about Jason was his work ethic and integrity. He would not accept payment of my service fee until the job was complete. That says a lot. In less than an hour after Jason leaving, I received a call from Ana that my work order has been authorized and she immediately scheduled the completion of these issues. All I can say is WOW! If you’re looking for a company full of integrity, knowledgeable and hard working, look no further. Thank you for everything.

Hassan answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and diagnosed the problem with my water heater over the phone. He came by the next day and took care of it. Now, that’s what I call customer service. I’ll never call another plumber.

I just called to have my salt water softener installed in my home. The tech actually told me he doesn’t encourage people to install them and wanted to talk me into buying their saltless water system. My call was to have mine installed not purchase a new one. He then told me my city doesn’t encourage salt systems. Brentwood has not passed any laws preventing the install of salt water systems. I realize it is coming in the future, but just don’t try to sell me something else than what service I’m requesting. I will go with someone who listens to my needs.

I have nothing but good marks for Service Pros Plumbers! Jason came out and did all that he could to locate my water leak and flooding. By process of elimination, he determined it was not a sewer leak. He even returned to talk with my HOA Landscapers to help figure out the problem. Once it was discovered it was due to the water line from my Water Softener System, he courteously spoke with AAA Water systems to identify the problem to them, of which they have corrected and repaired the problem.
I will definitely use Service Pros Plumbers for any plumbing issues I have in the future AND refer them to all my family and friends looking for a plumber!
Jason is a wealth of knowledge and he taught me some things to remember and pay attention to for the future.

I’m quite impressed with Service Pros. Everyone is friendly, and I appreciate that they take the time to explain everything they’re going to do. It’s also nice that they listened to my concerns — not many businesses will do that.

After a high monthly water bill and previous experience with a slab leak, my husband and I knew that we needed to get a plumber to our house quickly. We wanted to be smart and have two of the highest reviewed plumbers on Unilocal in our area come and confirm our slab leak and give us an estimate on a re-​route. We felt that Service Pro’s was more confident, paid attention to our concerns, understood our need to get the job done with as little damage possible to our walls. It was a bonus that their prices were fair and competitive.
Jaru and Jason came out to get the job done. They were a great team. Jaru was the main communicator and really made me understand the process by the way he explained things and was very patient. Jason also did a great job explaining things as well. The two of them often made me laugh at how they would joke around and give each other a hard time. The job was a tough one. They had to spend a lot of time in our very well insulated attic because that was the route we chose to take.
I would use Service Pro’s for any future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone who is wanting fair, patience, honesty and hard working professional plumbers that you can trust!
