I would give this negative stars if possible.
If you ever get hurt on the job, do not come to this man. Do not go to these worker’s comp firms that take in as many cases as they possibly can to earn a buck. They will not work in your favor, they will not communicate with you and they will lie to you. You will be one of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of cases piled up on a desk, you will not be important in any way.
This man destroyed my case and then dropped it. Leaving me with no lawyer and a statute of limitations passed. On first consultation after explaining him everything he assured me that my employer had broken ADA laws and that he would pursue that as well as find someone to represent the personal injury part of my case. He sounded very caring and like he would actually do something. He did nothing.
Then when I was hurt in a separate case, I got a new contract in the mail with my signature photocopied on it consenting for him to represent me on this injury. I never ever wanted him on it, but apparently I had no choice.
So now I have no recourse, no job and this scumbag has the audacity after doing nothing and being so incredibly unprofessional to put a lien on my settlement. You see, he couldn’t go to court on my behalf or even return a call, but he sure as hell showed up in court to make sure his name was on my settlement.
Horrible, steer clear and get a real lawyer. If I had the money to hire one, I’d sue this ambulance chaser in a heartbeat.
