I agree with Bill. I had problems with my backwash valve. Dusty came out, handled his business and made some recommendations after he tweeked my pool cleaning system. And as a bonus he charged me exactly the price he quoted over the phone. Aztec Pool & Spa will now be my pool guys

There are so many pool companies out there and trying to decide which one to go with and which one won’t rip you off is tough. I called the company that handles the chemical side of my pool about service problems and they referred me to the best guy they know. (Okay, everyone is the best guy they know)… In this case Dusty from Aztec Pool is the best guy they know and now the best guy I know for swimming pool and repairs. He came in quick, asked me about my problems with the pool and said he’ll troubleshoot… wam bang boom, these are your problems, this one is a nuisance but not a problem and doesn’t need to be fixed, this is leaking I’ll seal it for you, and your waterfall pump works you just need a remote (okay here comes the $ 100 remote control)…“You can get one of these at Home Depot for $ 10″ WOW! He worked for a large pool builder, owned his own pool building company, and now strictly does swimming pool problem solving. Didn’t upsell, just did what needed to be done. I don’t think you’ll find a more honest businessman in Phoenix. Thanks Dusty for your help.
