We tried to keep our business local and this company had done previous work for us before. Dorothy, the owner, was completely rude and unprofessional. Let me say their Tech Jeff was fantastic! I had asked for a referral for software to purchase and they gave me a price of a common software that anyone could purchase online. Dorothy decided to up the price by an extra $ 183 when the program was less than $ 500 and then got nasty when I told her that mark up was way to high. She lied about our conversations to make it look like I was verbally harassing them, when all I wanted was an answer about our new computer. I WILL NOT EVER have anyone I know give this lady business! BEWARE, she will lie about labor hours.
Last thing… We asked for her to take our credit card, and she said they weren’t set up for that.
