At least a dollar higher than everywhere else and constantly out of stock. Extremely slow and poor customer service

Frys is my go to place for groceries, but in the winter it’s a freaking zoo with all the snowbirds. Prices are usually good, well stocked and fresh fruit and veggies. I just can’t go in the winter for just a few things. I still do my big shops there but all us locals know Safeway is for fast winter shopping for 15 or less items. Unfortunately, they know it and their prices reflect that. None the less, I go as it’s better than going to jail for going postal on flocks of snowbirds who think grocery shopping is a social event and don’t care if they block the isles and chat for a few. But the warm weather is upon us so it’s safe to return to fry’s for a few months! Krogers French salad dressing is the best so I’m off to buy a bottle and it won’t take all day!

A true customer service and professionalism FAIL. Let’s start with the super obnoxious, loud-as-hell, ultra annoying woman in the deli-department. Good Lord, if she would just shut up and do her job, I wouldn’t have to stand in line as long. I don’t think she understands that she has a job to do, and it isn’t to make buddy-buddy with every customer she encounters. Moving to the meat department, which is chalk-full of some of the most unfriendly, antisocial folks I’ve encountered in a grocery store, there you’ll find little help and lesser smiles. Skipping all of the knit-picki g and getting to checking out; it’s hit or miss. I’ve had friendly, competent clerks and I’ve had the displeasure of encountering their opposites. The store prices are too high, in general as well. I now typically shop Walmart instead.

Johnny and Will in produce are so caring, informative and fun. Each and every time we go to the self check out, we are given VIP royal treatment no matter how busy this place buzzes. However, the true reason for this, is the lady who works in Floral for decades. She always has a professional, friendly demeanor, however, after shopping for house plants at Lowe’s and Home Depot, the meticulous care that she has given these plants should be placed in a museum of fine art. If you find one speck of dust on a leaf of a plant, I would be astonished. The care and maintenance of this women’s department is impeccable.

Meat delil lady today talked crap to her manager about me not knowing my wife was stand right there. So she went and found me to try and help after she relized. All I was asking for was her to cut my meat. I emailed corporate about her.

This place is always crowded and they have the over stock in the way which makes the crowded place harder to move around in. And the vegetables are NOT fresh! The staff doesn’t know how to put up an «out of stock» sign when they run out of whole milk!

The pharmacy staff here is wonderful! They are always going out of their way to make sure everything is running smoothly and as affordable as they can make it. The staff for the regular store seems to be hit or miss depending on when you are there. I’ve had fantastic friendly service and I’ve had downright horrible service, so that part is a gamble. I don’t usually need help and usually use the self checkout, so I don’t usually have any problems. Mostly I shop here because it’s convenient and cheap.

My favorite place to go grocery shopping! All of their produce is so fresh, and the selection is great. The deli has a great selection of salads and pasta’s etc, and I like that they also have some of the items pre packaged if you are in a rush. Staff is willing to accomodate a request. I wanted to bring my husband a sandwich at work and he is very picky, so non of the pre made ones would work. A girl in the deli offered to make me one, however the only breads they would use were french rolls, which are too hard. I apologized and told her I didnt mean to be difficult, but he cant eat that bread, so she went to the bread aisle and opened a loaf of bread to make him a sandwich. That was nice :) The starbucks girls are always in a good mood too :)

Love shopping here. I do wish it wasn’t so crowded but I guess that keeps everything so fresh. I’ve always been able to find whatever I was looking for.

This Fry’s is wonderful. Always great stock of fresh food, produce, everything. We never have to wait in line more than a minute. There are always lanes open and moving fast with friendly staff to meet you when you get there. We shop at this Frys every week and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Especially Walmart here! The only drawback to this location is it is PACKED. If you find a parking space, get it and go in because it’s wall to wall filled most days.
