So excited to try this place, and now I’m so disappointed. Really bland sandwich, my wife and I won’t be coming back. The food was lacking seasoning and balance, I’m not a huge subway fan but we will grab a sub there before ever trying this again.

OK, so I go ahead and go on over there and get 2 sandwiches to go. I call the manager because the sandwiches are doused with mayo. He just wants to argue and says they go by regulations. I said none of the other JJ’s sandwiches have mayo oozing out all over the place. He just keeps arguing and refuses to do anything about it, except I can bring the sandwiches back(interesting that they think it’s convenient for me to drive back and forth there but not for them to deliver). p. s. I received a call from their«upper management» and they also defended the sandwich maker, stating that they go by regulations. So I’m not sure what their point was in calling me other than to reinforce what numbskulls they are. I went back in there another time, just to make sure I wasn’t imagining things, and sure enough they use way more mayo than the other JJ’s — a very heaping scoop full. So beware if you go into this location, be sure to order with«easy on the mayo,» otherwise get lots of napkins because you will have a big mess to deal with.

I went in today and ordered a sandwich, drink, bag of chips, and two cookies. My order was to go so I wanted to wait until after I got my sandwich before I grabbed my chips and cookies so that I would have my bag to put them in. Once my sandwich was ready and I put it in the bag, I then went to grab my bag of chips and my two cookies. As I’m grabbing my chips and cookies one of the employees asks me if I paid for them. I tell him«yes». He then says to me «I didn’t see you pay for them». At this point I’m not certain if he’s kidding around with me or if he’s serious so I just give him a slight smile. I noticed he takes a look at my order which is the last order that was taken and then after noticing that I did pay for the chips and the cookies he tells me, «make sure you only take two cookies». Of course I only grabbed two cookies, that is what I paid for, I’m not a shoplifter, and I have no idea what this guy’s problem was or why he felt the need to try to accuse me of trying to steal from them. Even when I walked out of the store and got in my car I was in disbelief about what just happened. Maybe some people have shoplifted from there, but that gives him no right to accuse every customer who comes in of shoplifting. Also, although this particular employee is not the one who took my order, who was making sandwiches the whole time while I ordered my food just a few ft away so he could hear me tell the cashier what I wanted and her ring me up for the chips and cookies. He was literally a few ft away when I placed my order. I won’t be going to this location any longer. Although it is the closest location to my house I will now drive to the location on Power/Southern. I’m actually not surprised that this location has only 1 star and all because how terrible their customer service is.

I live just over 3 miles away and they don’t deliver here. Really? Why not say you don’t deliver? All they brag about is delivery. I get delivery from other places 6 miles away with no problem, and these people can’t even drive beyond two major streetlights? The food is OK but overpriced. The meats taste pretty good and the french bread isn’t bad. It’s not too bready, which is why I like it. But you can get a better deal and more topping choices at Subway. The only sides they have are chips, cookies, and pickles. The salt and vinegar chips have lactose in them. Really? Why? The only people who can afford your sandwiches are those of us old enough to work for our money and have by now lost our ability to produce lactase. The pickles are the raw kosher ones, which are the best in my opinion, but you can buy a whole jar for what you’ll pay for two here. And almost 2 bucks for a cookie? I can get fatter for cheaper. Thank you.

Just ordered the slim roast beef and got only two slices of meet on a dry bread. Really for almost the same price I could have gotten a foot long at subway with a lot more meat and better bread.

Ordered a Pepe — Ham and Provolone. Got all the way home and found I had a tomato and provolone sandwich with NOHAM. Back in the car to drive back here where I was confronted and hassled about not having my receipt. It’s a $ 5 sandwich — the receipt is in your trash can. Dig it out if you want it. Couldn’t believe I’m being questioned over $.39 worth of ham when I just wasted $ 5.00 worth of gas due to their mistake.
