Awful! Left a beautiful love seat there and ask that they not sell it for under $ 200. It was written on my receipt. When I went in to see if they had sold it, sure they had for $ 50!!! Crossed out the $ 200 on my receipt and said when they tried to call me my phone had been disconnected… NOT! BEWARE when leaving anything at this location…

It is a local furniture store. The owners are very nice but it has taken a very long time to get the couch we ordered(over a month) and the folding chairs are getting old. I do like the fact that the couch is locally made and not made in China, so I am going to give them 3 stars. If they help us out with our next purchase, I may improve their rating. They also rent U-Hauls and have a good selection of furniture. The prices are average but I like supporting local businesses.

We were searching for a small recliner for our park model. We visited the store before Christmas & the sales person showed us around & informed us that their recliners were on back order & should be delivered«soon». I went back after the New Year. The recliners were still not in & she told me that they would be in at the end of the week, or the following week for sure. When I stopped in a couple of days after that, recliners were there & being unwrapped. The sales girl said most of the recliners had been purchased, but she would«hold» the blue one and the green one for me. I wanted my husband to select one as his back is out & the recliner would be for him. She said she could hold them if it wasn’t more than an hour & I told her I’d be back within ½ hour. When I left the lot, it was 2:38 pm & I returned at 2:57 pm.(That’s 19 minutes) When we walked into the store, the sales girl said that the blue recliner had been sold & «there was nothing she could do about it because her boss told her to sell it». I told her that I couldn’t believe that she broke her promise to me! She kept repeating, «sorry, but there was nothing she could do». She offered to order one for me, but previously I told her that my husband’s back was out & I couldn’t wait 3 weeks for a recliner. I couldn’t believe it! Even though the price was better than at another store down the street, I wouldn’t buy anything from R&R Furniture. The store was disorganized, dirty, the parking lot has big pot holes & most of all, THEYDON’T KEEPTHEIRWORD! We immediately went down the street to the other furniture store, «Grandpa’s» where we got a great deal on a leather recliner & they will deliver it tomorrow, so that worked out for us, but R&R is never going to get any business from us. Beware… R&R sells park model recliners like hotcakes because they’re about $ 100 less than the other store, but I wonder how they service after the sale? From my experience, they’re not concerned about honesty, integrity, or keeping a promise.
