Staff has no clue what they are doing or even what they sell. Tried to get information on an International data plan and the ATT WiFi Hotspots. Girl basically told me to just go ahead and print out a map of the city as they never change. So this is why they sold me a $ 600 Iphone with all these Apps, Maps and GPS, So that i can print out what I want to do each day from the hotel and just keep the phone as a paper weight. They are clueless at this store.

We were ready for a phone upgrade. To say the choices are confusing is an understatement. Our salesman Sam stayed with us throughout the entire process. He had answers for all of our questions and he asked a lot of questions. He was focused on finding us the right phones. We both were very impressed with his professionalism and his patience. We took a LOT of his time last night. He was thorough in his explanations of how the contracts were changing and how they now bill. He never made any promises. When we were concerned about delivery dates for the phones he made sure we had the right information before making our choices. We both were very impressed with the entire experience.

I have been in this location twice; both times, I was greeted immediately, and both times the floor staff was excellent in recommending solutions to my issues. Neither time did I have to wait. Thumbs Up !

I have had excellent customer service every time I have gone in to this store. Felisa one of the associates has helped me the last three of the four times I have gone in and she always has a smile and is willing to go the extra mile. I do admit that the best time to go is during the week day when everyone else is at work or if going on a weekend day to arrive when the store opens to avoid a long wait.
