This company is a rip off. We bought this software from them for over 16,000. They sent a tech to install and set up who had no written agenda or steps to take. He spent 4 days during my business working hours and could not even get it to print reports or customer invoices. He said it was our printer and told us which one to buy. We ordered one and had it delivered the very next day. He set it up and still could not get it to print. We have had hundreds of errors daily since then. The owner, Scott Thorley does not care. He sent another tech, Susan who only spent one day. She said it was not set up properly and she could not fix it in one day. We’ve had their technicians come into the computer remotely and they also said it was not set up properly. We are disputing the payment with AMEX now. I put up a comment on their Face book page and it was taken down immediately. The next day I put a comment up about how they took my comment off and they made it so I cannot comment. We just want the software taken back and the pc they provided taken back. It will now cost me another $ 500 to get the data extracted from these 3 months so I can use my old software program again. The RO Writer program they gave us is not the problem, it is their installation and set up that is. Scott refuses to make this right after 3 months. The headaches and hours I have to spend on the issues is horrible. We just want them to take it back. We will try another company who has to be better then these people. We are an auto repair shop and we do everything to make our customers 100% happy. Why wouldn’t this company do the same. We aren’t asking too much to refund us and we both take a loss. I lost a lot of business during this time spent on their software. New customers trying to pick up their car and having to wait ½ hour or more is not good. Would you want to go back to a company with these issues?
