Love this place! Not only do they make my favorite beer (midnight brüe) but they have a great selection of beers period. They have a great setup to relax and have some brews. We will definitely be going back soon.

This is an amazing dog and family friendly brewery. The taproom features live music, loads of fun board games, TVs, and a great view of the brew house. On top of all that, the beers are just fantastic! A must-​visit for any brewery hop.

I love the fact that Brueprint is smaller and has lower gravity beer options. They also TV’s to watch games and games to play while you enjoy your beer.
My favorite beer is the Pale Brue Eyes, it is delicious and easy to drink!

This is a small brewery in a random strip mall in a random neighborhood. You would never just happen upon this place, so it keeps it nice and hidden for that local sort of feeling. I wouldn’t expect it to be a super crowded area — it’s small and homey with a few tables and couches on the corner. We went the day after Thanksgiving so maybe that’s why i didn’t feel crowded, so I’d definitely like to come back on a random weekend to see how the crowd is. They have a shelf full of board games and we cracked up on Cards Against Humanity and enjoyed the freebie pretzels that they offered at the bar. Decent beer too — fun and cozy place :)

Great local brewery to grab a cold craft beer and some food from a local food truck! Lots of options on tap and small batches also. The pumpkin spice edinbrue is my favorite and also she brown ale which is a brunette! If u are from Apex you should def check it out or even just in town visiting! It’s the ONLY brewery in Apex!

A small, dimly-​lit tasting room didn’t give me a very good first impression. They’re in an industrial/​business park, which also threw me a curve ball. BUT, the bartender was great and the locals talked to me for almost an hour. Really great people AND a $ 5 flight of four beers, with no charge for tiny sample cups. The beers are also enjoyable… the Brue Diamond IPA was my favorite. You can get growlers and 6-​packs to go, as well.

Great brewery in the Apex area! Has a decent amount of indoor seating and picnic tables outside to enjoy the great brews.
I like that they have games that you can play and little snacks (pretzels and/​or snack mix) that you can munch on while you enjoy your beer and your company.

We recently saw Brueprint highlighted on wral as a local brewery offering some great summer beers. My husband and I love to try wheat beers so we came to try the Red, White, and Brue wheat beer but found that they also have a Bruevarian wheat beer — awesome! We enjoyed both of them preferring the Bruevarian a little bit more.
There are 4 – 5 picnic tables under trees outside of the brewery which was perfect for families and people with dogs today. Inside there were more people with dogs as there was some event going on. I like seeing an animal friendly brewery.
The bathrooms are clean and huge. I would like to see changing tables added to them since they have the space.
Definitely recommend trying Brueprint — they have a great selection of beers!

I am a huge fan of Brueprint! It is a smaller sized brewery since it is located in a strip mall. The staff is great. My favorite part about this place is, of course, the beer! I think that they have one of the best Scotch Ale beers in the area so with that being said, I highly recommend the Endinbrue Scotch Ale. My other favorite year round beer is the Brunette Brown Ale. I will have to say that the Saison de Brue which is brewed with figs and honey is amazing. I do not think that you can go wrong with any of their beers actually. Before I leave, I always grab a mixer 6 pack of my favorite Brueprint bottles!

This is perhaps a joint review of what I found at the physical establishment of Brueprint as well as my inaugural experience with the Embark on a Brueprint Run Club. Where applicable, I’l make distinctions between the two.
Location: 3 out of 5
Not that Apex itself is that far out of the way from where I live, since this place is only about 6 miles away, but the physical location of Brueprint leaves something to be desired. Now before you all lecture me on the economics of overhead vs. space vs. leasing in a nice strip mall vs this um… industrial area, let me just go ahead and say that I GET IT. One of my favorite physical breweries (3 Floyds) is located in Podunk Scat-​town Hammond, Indiana inside an industrial park that looks even WORSE than the one here in Apex. Anyway — what’s a bit puzzling in a pleasant way is that there are neighborhoods that are zoned right next to this little industrial park area, and the immediate surrounding area has grass, picnic areas, etc. so once you’re on the premises, it’s actually quite pleasant. Free parking lot, plus street parking. My rating applies not only to the location of the brewpub, but also of the location where the runs start since 6 miles (10 — 15 minutes) is not by any means unreasonable to endeavor on a sporting event that can take upwards of an hour.
Ambiance/​Décor: 4 out of 5
I very much like the simplistic approach that Brueprint is taking. Sure, there’s an area where you can see the fermenters and the operation area, but the actual seating area is clean, simple, and doesn’t try to be something that it’s not, much like the nanobrewery itself. A few nostalgia items, a few maps showing densities of breweries in the United States, and that’s about it. The setup is equally as functional — a bar with those padded circular seats that they probably bought in bulk, various hightoppers that you can rearrange, and there you have it. Functional and non pretentious. Extra points for being dog friendly inside the brewery.
Customer Service: 4 out of 5
Friendly folks all around. Each of the barkeeps was attentive and friendly, and the organizers of the run club were equally as attentive, and made sure to make the rounds to talk to all of the participants that were there.
Selection (Quantity/​Resources) of Beer on Tap: 5 out of 5
All micro and nanobreweries who can’t overwhelm you with sheer quantity should take Brueprint’s approach: have 4 beers that are always on tap with varying styles: brown, amber, pale, and «strong», and brew them consistently, and brew them well. Then, as the calendars change, have 2 – 3 beers that rotate out thematically. I know that one of the ones this past Tuesday (⁴⁄₂₈) was Zambrueni, and maybe one of the others was a stout. I distinctly remember saying to myself that perhaps the stout didn’t quite belong anymore since it was April, but in the end it was kind of irrelevant since I drank Zambrueni.
Quality of beers: 4 out of 5
I’m never going to be floored or over the top impressed with this brewery’s offerings, and the beers here will likely not win a GABF or WBC award. When I see the packaged cans in the store, I always pass them by in favor of something else, not because I think any of the beers are horrible, but because I don’t want 6 of the same beer from this place (and mixing and matching is not cost friendly at the grocery store).
What I will say is that as a completely rarity, I keep «gravitating» (see what I did there) towards the Zambrueni. Tribeca Tavern had it on tap a few weeks ago, and I found it to be the perfect mix of drinkability, taste, and body as an erryday drinking beer. They could probably market it as a true «session» beer and get a following. Maybe call it «Zambrueni Intermission Session Lager» or something. Oh, p. s. Brueprint if you’re reading this and you end up renaming the beer, I’ll take my royalties in well, unlimited pints of the stuff during the season. I’ll also say that when friends and family visit from out of town and they want to try a local decent beer, I’ll have them try a few from Brueprint, particularly if we go to Doherty’s on Davis Dr.
My rationale makes little sense, I know. I won’t buy 6 packs of the same variety, but I’ll drink pints out at bars and also suggest that others do too. Hrm.
Value: 5 out of 5
When you get can Pale Brue on a Tuesday for 3 $ a pint, that’s a rocking good deal. Otherwise, the «normal» gravity beers were 4 $, the higher alcohol ones were 5 $ per pint.
Overall: 4 out of 5

OK, folks, I am not sure why it took my wife and me so long to find this place, but it’s a gem. No, it’s not swanky, and the food service is from a food truck when it comes around. That said, GO HERE NOW. These guys know how to brew exceptional beers. Their seasonal Saison was the best I’ve had this side of a Flemish farmhouse, and the other offerings were also special. The people hanging out in the tasting room were cool, easy going, and even a couple well-​behaved dogs were on hand.
This is the place to get your growlers and kegs refilled. The best craft beer in this area — hands down. Did I like it? Oh, yeah…

Small but nice brewery in a small strip mall not to far from town. Plus we had a cute little dog greet us at the door with perfect manners.
We came here on a cold Saturday night. To our surprise there was a decent amount of people even though the food truck wasn’t running any more due to the temps. We don’t blame him it was very cold. We each ordered beer and had a seat at one of the high top tables they have. The brewery also offers complimentary popcorn, pretzels, and a bar. They also have a large window so you can see inside the brewery while you enjoy your beer.
Our beers were good. I had the pale brue eyes and my husband had bruenette brown ale. It was getting late and we had plans in the morning so we couldn’t stay for seconds. Great service, and we will back. Plus they have rotating food trucks which is a win win for everyone.

Located a short distance from the intersection of 55 and US-​1, Brueprint is tucked away in a little strip mall in the least expected area for a brewery. But don’t let this deter you– it’s actually even more reason to come here. They often have a food truck, and they also serve free pretzels & fresh popcorn to much on.
They offer 8 – 10 beers on tap, where 4 of them are permanent & 6 are rotating. Their Bruenette brown ale is there to stay, and it’s quite tasty– not too sweet of a brown ale. My favorite is their Brue Diamond IPA, but it’s only seasonal. They also have a seasonal stout– Midnight Brue– which is soooo good (and even better when mixed with the Brue Diamond IPA). Their beers only get better each time we come here! Their marketing team that came up with their names and cute labels for their taps & bottles– wow, good job!
Bartender Adam is just sweet as pie and loves what he does. We’ve been in here a few times, and he always remembers us (not sure if that’s a good thing!). I highly recommend making your way down to Apex for a fresh pint or three :)

Pale Brue Eyes is my go to. Plus, I can walk here. Only half a mile from home. They have NFL Sunday Ticket. Kind of small, but I have to support local. «Build it and they will come.»
Tuesday’s they have a run club that starts and ends at the” Brueery”.
Just had there seasonal Brue 32 Pale Ale. Simply the best thing I have put in my mouth since summer… and that was a Chaco Taco.

My husband and are are trying to hit up all the breweries in the Triangle area and around NC. This became one of my favorites. It was pretty empty when we walked in about 2:00 on a Saturday and we sat at the bar. The staff was great! I love when you can talk with the staff/​bar tender and have conversation. They were so friendly! About 3:00 they got slammed and we were just hanging out drinking and they still just carried on conversations. The beer was good and it was a cool atmosphere. I’m excited to go back and try the beers they new for football and for hockey season. I think this is going to be a more up and coming brewery in the area!

The brewery itself is in kind of an obscure office park looking location. It doesn’t currently have any atmosphere that would make you want to hang out in the tap room area. There is potential though.
The beers were okay. I don’t usually drink Wheat beers but thought their Wheat beer was among the better ones I have had. I felt their Pale Ale and Brown Ale missed.
Their beer names are amazing. If other people like the beers better than I did (and it all comes down to personal taste), this company is going to go far on marketing alone.
Minus the fact that I got beer thrown on me when two other people got into an argument, their grand opening was a pretty fun time.

Great place to hang out with decent beer! Hope it grows a bit with better «food trucks» since tonight it was just stale pizza reheated in a portable oven. There are picnic tables & high top tables. The barstools are terribly uncomfortable. Really great people working here! Try the Brue Scarlet, the Pale Brue Eyes or the Bruenette.
