I have to bring my 3.5 year old twins here for work overlap with my husband 2 – 4 times a week. The staff here is great! Check in, once an established customer, is quick and easy.(Getting established is, too but you know, the first time you have a paper to fill out!) And the most telling information that this place is great is that my kids love coming here! I love to hear their shouts from the back of the van, «Kool Kidz!» when we pull into parking lot!

Had my first experience this weekend. Younger staff than another facility I’ve used, but I am impressed by their level of professionalism and engagement with the kids; it was a refreshing surprise to see this versus seeing a young person disengaged and on their phone. My son had a great time and overall the children seemed happy. I hope my return visit is just as successful as I will definitely use them again in the future.

After coming here a few times over the past few years and just being wishy washy about this place, but over the last 6 months I have seen improvement in some regards. The staff seems relaxed and my kids are seeming to have lots of fun. One thing that I encourage is that anyone who is considering Kool Kidz is to come in our call ahead and ask them about the deals that they have because they truly seem to wave to help your experience to be great.

I was a little hesitant about dropping my 3 year old off here based on the less than stellar reviews of this location as well as the Morrisville one. But since I was only planning on leaving him for about an hour while I had a late lunch with a friend nearby, I figured it was worth a shot. I dropped him off at about 2:00 on a Thursday and there were only a few kids(maybe 4 or 5 of them?) there and 2 employees working. Also, the kids that were there were looked like they were around Colton’s age. He was having a good time when I picked him up and has even talked about wanting to go back to «day care». The ladies working weren’t teens and were pleasant enough. I’m sure there are times that there are a lot of kids of various ages there which might make me nervous depending on how many employees are working but for a couple of hours on a weekday afternoon, I’d have no problem dropping off little man again.
