While I like the quality of their product, service has gone downhill. I started using them when I purchased a Groupon as I heard they were local and you could pick up the items in person. The first time I purchased, I did just that. It was great and super convenient, and bonus, I didn’t have to pay the shipping fees. Second time I ordered, I believe it was directly from their site as they are constantly running deals. I had to inquire after my order after a couple of weeks as I hadn’t heard anything about process time or when it would be completed. Low and behold, it was done. They didn’t reach out to me to let me know it was complete until I asked where my order was. I was once again, able to pick it up in person.
This last time (and I mean last also as in I probably will not be ordering from them again), I had a deal from their website. When I went to checkout I was told they no longer allow in-​store pickup. So I had to pay a ridiculous shipping charge to get a local product. I asked around and was told it’s apparently their new policy. Well, I ordered this back in November, hoping to have it for the holidays. A couple of weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything. Then I heard that they were offering a special that if you ordered by x date, you would have it by Christmas. Ok, this was all weeks after I placed my order which I had heard nothing about. When I would go to their website to check the status, it said it was ‘processing’. Once again, it took me reaching out asking what the heck was going on to find out that it was now suddenly moving through the development process (it was stuck in ‘processing’ for days, but after I sent my request it finally changed status to whatever was next). I never received an apology or explanation, just, finally, a shipping notice. I was a little peeved because the estimated delivery date was now after the holidays. It wasn’t a huge deal because luckily I didn’t have a major time crunch, but it shouldn’t take over a month for my order to go through, especially if they are offering guaranteed Christmas delivery WEEKS after I ordered. Anyways, long story short, it came Christmas Eve, one day earlier than it was expected to be delivered. I was disappointed that customer service never reached out to apologize. I did get a form letter with a coupon code for another print, but at this point, I don’t think I will use them again. I’ve received a lot of recommendations for other canvas printers at this point, and the only reason I used this one was because it was local and seemed to be a good deal. Unfortunately if the customer service isn’t there, it isn’t really worth it to me.

Fun fact: don’t make groupons when your business is so crappy it can’t handle the increase in sales and your system upgrades delete projects. Order placed October 1^st. Well before holiday rush. Emailed November 9^th to ask about order because I never received the order. They ensured me it would be processed shortly, they just had a ton of orders. Three days later get a email saying they lost my photos due to a system upgrade, and they would need me to send them again. Well, I ordered 4 prints of different sizes and have no idea which photos were for which size so now I have to remake order from scratch. I also have to remember which photos I liked out of over 500 wedding photos. I will NEVER use this company again. I 100% regret not using snapfish or shutterfly.

First of all, i ordered BEFORE their Christmas deadline, my products finally arrived over two weeks AFTER Christmas. That was annoying but not big issue. When they did, one of the canvases was damaged. I had to EMAIL customer service because they refuse to answer a phone (even their voicemail not so nicely says that they do not answer calls and responses are only given via email or live chat — which PS NEVER works!) The response I was given about my damaged canvas (that was a gift for someone else) was instructions on how to spend 2 DAYS fixing it myself. Literally, they said to repeat the process they gave me for 2 days!!! are you kidding me?! I paid for 2 canvases for Christmas gifts, I didn’t get to give them to their recipients on or near Christmas, it was damaged and you want me to spend 2 days of my time fixing it?! NO THANK YOU! I will also say that while I was in (email) communication with them before Christmas when it became apparent I would not be receiving my canvases, they were no help, did not answer my questions, and would not provide any assistance or help. I will NEVER order from this company again.
I would have given them a break on the missed delivery if A. they had been nice and helpful about it (and honest upfront when I point blanked asked vs. waiting until Christmas Eve to tell me it wasn’t going to happen via a mass email they sent to everyone esle) and B. they FIXED THEIR PROBLEM when it wasn’t a satisfactory result.

biggest mistake I made was purchasing the special from Groupon for this company. It was a total nightmare from beginning to end. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Jennifer W. has the best description of all and my experience mirrors hers. Stay away. FYI, this is my second time posting on here and it keeps getting deleted.

I do not give this company any stars. But I have to so it can go through. They are HORRIBLE. We ordered for my mother in law for a Christmas gift. They guaranteed a canvas by Christmas Eve if I ordered by the 11^th, I ordered on Dec 6^th. finally came today (Dec 28^th) and my daughters head is cut off and she has two sets of eyes! what is that?! Do they not check what they’re doing? Is there not a person that double checks the work? I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT use this company. They are a total rip off. They don’t care if they mess up your order. HORRIBLE.

I’ve now used this company twice and I will never use them again. The first time one of my prints arrived two weeks ahead of the second, and their customer service department couldn’t even tell me why they had printed them and shipped them separately. This time, knowing they had issues in the past, I placed the order for some Christmas presents on December 1^st. Plenty of time to complete 3 small canvas prints and get them, right? Wrong.
By December 18^th (according to their website) they hadn’t even STARTED my order. When I contacted customer service I was told they were still guaranteed by December 24^th. I pointed out that their website guaranteed orders made up until December 11^th by Christmas Eve so how exactly were they going to do that when my order from the 1^st had not even been started. They just told me that the order they print things doesn’t matter, it would be their by Christmas Eve.
It is now December 28^th and my order has still NOT arrived. Not only was I unable to give them as gifts when my family gathered together, but now on top of it I’m going to have to pay to ship them myself. I contacted their customer service department on Christmas to point out that I had not received my prints within the time frame they guaranteed, and I received an email back 12÷27÷15 stating that they «can’t guarantee delivery». Ridiculous! They had «guaranteed» it over and over!
If they can’t print 3 small, 8×10 canvas and get it to me in less than a month, how they hell can anyone expect even the bare minimum of service? Everything on their site is a lie, and I highly recommend you do business with anyone else. Trust me, it’s not worth the headache of saving a few bucks (I’ll actually end up losing money once I ship these!). Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I felt compelled to post a review here because they had so many low ones. Perhaps they used to have issues but they certainly have changed their ways, so give them a chance. My order took about 3 weeks total from ordering to receiving and it was well worth the wait. The quality of the canvases is outstanding. Other places I’ve ordered canvases from have given me flimsy, warped frames and mediocre print quality. Not here. MyPix2 is high quality. The frames are solid, the prints are beautiful, and the stretching and wrapping is done really well. I am ecstatic with my order and will not hesitate to recommend them.

Took a leap of faith and placed my first order with multiple canvas prints and couldn’t be any happier. The only complain I have for MyPix2 is the slow production, but then again I ordered through a promotion so it’s understandable! They did also made it up by shipping 2 days priority. I was impressed! The quality appeared like they took time to make it right. Love it! I’m definitely coming back for more.

Do no use this company. They do not produce as promised. On August 25, 2015 I placed an order and used the GroupOn. On September 4^th I checked status on line and it listed the order as «Completed» but not shipped. On September 10^th I emailed for status and was told that the order had been printed and was to be stretched and bound before shipping. On September 24^th I contacted them and asked for status and was told that they lost my digital image it all had to be redone. Strange since prior to that the order had been completed, or alternatively if you believe them, had been printed and was waiting to be stretched and bound. I pointed this disparity out to Brittany in an email and have not received an answer. I attempted to log into my account with them, but the account is locked and I can no longer access. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and their local attorney general.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
First, there is no way to contact this company to get the status of your order other than email. They do not have a phone number and are never available for live chat. Their website does not provide tracking information or anything else about your order for that matter. You’re left completely in the dark after they take your money.
Here’s the what to expect when interacting with them. I have copy and pasted my email exchange with Brittany, who I honestly think suffers from some form of dementia.

At this point (8÷5÷15), I still don’t have my print, have not heard back from anyone on canceling my order, and still out $ 300+ on this order.
Stay far away from this site.

After seeing so many negative reviews, I felt compelled to offer a positive one. I can’t discount some of the unfortunate situations people have had with the company, but I luckily had a smooth ride. I ordered a groupon for 7 20×30 prints on a Sunday evening and received them seven business days later on the Tuesday. The prints look great (I’m a semi professional photographer, and my landscape photos have a high dynamic range, yet the colours and details were all there). Maybe outside of high demand times like Christmas, you’ll have better luck like I did.

I would rate 0 if I can. I ordered the deal from Living Social on April 2^nd ordered 2 orders right away. Today is April 27, I see no tracking, no pictures, no nothing. Don’t bother to call them, if you call them you will get a voice mail saying don’t bother to leave a business because it will take longer to get back because it takes time to transcript the message for them. I know someone is trying to fool you when I hear. I did get an email saying the orders are complete in process of shipping and they would send me an email if they have tracking. That’s another week went by, still nothing, status still NOT SHIPPED. I called Living Social, they gave me credit back but I already lost $ 20 for shipping cost on the website. I warned them NOT to do business with this vendor at all cost. Don’t bother to order. Order numbers 179 844 and 179 837.

I ordered a canvas of one of my favorite beach shots since I am a photographer. I was so disappointed when I finally received my canvas in the mail. It was faded. When I compared the actual photo to the canvas they sent me, there was a huge difference in the vibrancy of what I wanted to hang on MY wall!

My go to spot for Canvas I use them all the time. top top quality!

Follow up to my original review: After multiple emails and attempts to contact this company (the first 2 very polite emails went unanswered for weeks until I filed a BBB complaint AND A complaint with Groupon and sent a few increasingly angry follow up emails-​after which they finally responded) and then some frustrating correspondence back and forth, they did in fact ship my canvas with a new tracking number, actually ship it this time, and it came out very nice. So I guess they do exist! Surprise!
However, I’m fairly certain that if I hadn’t filed basically 100 complaints and wasted
hours of my precious free time harassing them, they never would have shipped it.
Normally I don’t get so fired up about $ 40, and in the end I got my canvas, but anyway… I still recommend staying far away from this place.

I purchased 2 coupons for 2 different sized canvases. One for us and one for the in-​laws. To make a long story short, they ignore you and dont ever send out your supposed canvas! After a hell of a time with dealing with trying to get a hold of a live human there was no success. Finally called my credit card company and they are investigating the situation. Never, Never purchase from this Fake company whos just taking your money.

I am having the same problem as every other review posted here. I ordered two groupons for this site on January 12 and then placed my order on January 18. I received an e-​mail confirmatoin stating that my orders were in production. It is now February 5^th and I have still not received my canvas prints. Their website says the usual production time is approximately 4 days.
I have e-​mailed multiple times and received no response as well as called 877−978−1227 (I found this number by googling the company as there is NO phone number posted anywhere on their website). When I call an automated message answers stating that all service representatives are busy and to reach out via e-​mail, the call then cuts out. I have reached the understanding that I will likely not receive my prints.
I have also contacted groupon regarding the matter. However, I noticed that a post from January 3 mentioned a groupon buyer who stated she had reached out to groupon and that they were taking care of the matter. I puchased my groupon after the inital complaint so I was pretty upset that groupon was still offering this voucher after multiple complaints. I looked again today and groupon is STILL offering this voucher. Hopefully they will take this down soon.
Save yourself the hassle and the money and DO NOT order from this site or purchase the groupon.

I really should have read the reviews on their place before I did business with them. It seems everyone has the same problem, they don’t deliver and the customer service is nonexistent (literally) no one is there. Emais are answered by robo form with the same response every time. The phone is a automated service that just hangs up on you. I have been waiting on 1 canvas wrap for over a month, I haven’t even got a email confirmation in that time. 1 star is too many.

No customer service! I ordered a canvas on Nov 27, no communication since then unless you count the email I just got offering a 40% discount to order! Never again, they don’t answer the phone, they suggest you email and then they don’t answer those and live chat goes unanswered. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift so I’m now officially high and dry.

Do not patronize this company. There’s a very good chance that you will never receive your order. Any attempt at contacting the company will not suceed and you will get no response from any email. All phone numbers listed are inoperable or just tell you to email them then hang up on you.

I ordered some canvas prints on 24 Nov. On 5 Dec I received an email stating the order had shipped. On the 15^th I began to get worried so began contacting them via email. Four emails were sent with no response. I was given a tracking number. FEDEX said that the company ordered shipping labels which were provided to them, but that the packages were never shipped.
Save yourself the headache of patronizing this company in any way.
