Went for the first time a friend recommended and i loved it i found my spot for my brows amazing shape and love it and they are very friendly love ittt

Came in for a quick eyebrow threading and it went smoothly. The tech even stopped after working on the first brow to make sure I liked what she did before moving onto the other brow.
It’s only $ 8 for an eyebrow threading, which was about how much I was paying before, except Neo Brows is SO much closer to me. I’ll definitely be coming back to keep my eyebrows nice!

Love this Place! They gave me the best shape. My sisters and I have been going here for months. They are wonderful! Will only go here from now on.

I love neo brows, way better shaping than waxing. I have always gotten nice service and awesome brow shaping. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my brows since going there!

Staff did not listen to my requests and messed up my eyebrows twice. I will not be back.
So I’ve been Neo Brow three times for eyebrow threading and decided I needed to write a review.
My first experience was great, and my eyebrows looked amazing. I had never had them threaded before, so I was very pleased. I have long eyebrows and they can’t be trimmed with scissors or they curl and look awful. The technician on my first visit never used scissors and worked to shape my brows without needing to trim them.
On my second visit a different woman was running the shop and she had more trouble than the first. She trimmed one of my eye brows to make it match the other, and big surprise it looked awful the next day. Ok, ok, I considered that my fault because I didn’t ask her not to trim them. The first tech didn’t, so I thought I was good. Wrong, but still my fault.
Coming in the third time, I had learned from my mistake. Right away I ask the tech, «please don’t trim my eyebrows.» I explained to her exactly why. She tells me that’s fine, and begins threading away. She worked for a while and right as I thought she was done she grabs the little scissors and snip snip snip trims BOTH eyebrows! She completely ignored me and did exactly what I had asked not to.
Here I am two days later with curly, unruly eyebrows (that should be arched to perfection but noooo) writing a bad review. I don’t even usually write reviews, but this was just too much! I will not be back.
