I’ve never gotten a facial done before. Charlene made my experience GREAT! She is friendly and very knowledgable. My skin felt smooth and clean. I was worried about irritations/​reactions, however nothing happened because she uses good products! Her rates are reasonable. The environment is very relaxing and she’s just awesome! I’ll be visiting her again in the near future! :)

I loved the experience I had and here are the many reasons why… very easy to book an appointment via text message. Charlene even got me in the same week I reached out to her. The space is located in downtown Apex, easy to find. Spa like setting. Charlene is super personable and friendly, yet professional at the same time. Reasonable priced facial! You can add a tip to the credit card. Being someone who does not usually carry cash, I appreciate this. I’ll definitely be back!

After reading reviews, I decided to see Charlene to help with acne and scarring. I started having skin issues a few years ago in my mid-​twenties. I have tried both prescription and drug store products without much success.
Before doing anything Charlene took the time to look at my skin to see where my problem areas are. She gave me a great facial that has my skin looking noticeably healthier. By request, she communicated and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. Afterwards she helped me come up with a home routine to help repair my skin.
I already have another appointment scheduled. I’m excited to have Charlene to help with my skin issues!

I recently went to Charlene for a bikini wax. I had never had this done before. Coming into her room, I was pleased to find it pretty and relaxing with soothing colors and music. Charlene is incredibly professional. She explained how she would do the procedure. The bikini wax procedure itself was very careful and thorough. Afterwards, she gave me a small sample of lotion to use twice a day to reduce any redness or irritation. I used it, and had no problems with either. She is very kind and friendly.

Charlene did a fabulous job doing my facial, brow waxing, and makeup in preparation for my photo shoot. She was thorough, patient, and calming. My experience with her was very relaxing; I felt very comfortable with her, and she put me at ease. I’m so glad I went and saw her!

Waxing is never fun. But Charlene made it the least painful waxing experience I’ve ever had! She happily squeezed me in for a last-​minute appointment my first time in, and she’s so nice! Can’t say enough about her magical waxing hands. I’ll be back!

Incredible experience! Charlene has magic hands! My initial plan was to just get my eyebrows waxed but decided to treat myself and get a facial. Best. Decision. Ever. By the time she was done I was the poster child for relaxation and happiness. My skin felt brand new, soft and refreshed. Charlene is not only one of the sweetest and nicest people you will ever meet, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and professional. If you truly want to pamper yourself, Charlene will show you what true bliss is.

I’ve followed Charlene from the last place she worked at and I’m so happy that she now runs her own spa. She is one of the best estheticians I’ve had the pleasure of working with and trusting with my temperamental skin!
She stays in touch with new products in the industry and is all about chemical free products. The spa is very comfy and relaxing. She is not at all pushy about products, unlike most day spas — «buy this magic serum» or «you really need to use this SPF». The facials are not just relaxing but the extractions and masks actually help my skin’s health. She addresses my skin’s current concerns and customizes her facials as much as she can based on what’s going on that month. And we do actually spend an actual 55 minutes time with her versus other places that charge me for 1 hour facial and I only get 40 minutes! Facials start at $ 65 and are very reasonably priced for the great quality of products she uses.
And I cannot even begin to tell how painless her waxing is. She is the first one in the area who didn’t almost make me cry during underarm wax. And she is so quick at waxing appointments.
