I have been to this location several times, and there is one thing consistent with them… they don’t like to honor promotions. As an example today I went to get a sub, they have a buy one 6″ get one promotion if you buy before 9am. I ordered a big philly sub, which is supposed to have 8 slices of cheese. When I let the person know that a big philly has 8 slices of cheese she argued and refused to put the proper amount on unless I paid for double cheese. Then when I checked out she tried charging me the full price. I pointed to the sign above her head and said, it is buy one get one. She then said, «no, only on regular subs». I asked her to read the sign which read«Buy any 6″ sub and get one free», so I asked where does it specify«regular». At that point she called a couple of people and spoke in a foreign language. Eventually about 5 minutes later she honored the promotion. This is just an example of the type of store that the subway franchise should get rid of, they have done the same thing to me in the past. Today was my last visit there. BEWARETHEYWILLTRYTOCHEATYOUIFTHEYCAN.

Ive just gotta say, the only thing keeping this place from a 1 star is their food. I am a sucker for sub sandwiches and Subway is no exception. The food is tasty and fresh and really I wouldn’t mind eating there every day… only this Subway had some serious issues… When we walked in it was super freezing even though I had on my heavy Taekwondo gi, and my mom had a sweater. The booths were dirty and the only clean table(which we sat at) had rickety chairs. There were 2 TVs in there but one was broken and the other had some boring talk show with subtitles. When we went up to order they were out of my favorite bread! I was so mad so I had to settle on some plain old Italian bread. I ordered a subway melt(COMES with bacon) and yet they still charged us for extra bacon…-_– When I was asking for my condiments I wanted pickles, so i asked for some… Except that the lady didn’t want to give me any(that’s the way it seemed) She put like one pickle on each 6″ half of my sandwich. I had to ask like 6 more times just to get a satisfactory amount(and even then I felt like I had been robbed of pickle privileges, I just got tired of asking) My dad got the $ 5 sub-of-the-month. It SAYS in the name $ 5, but they still charged him over $ 6 for his sub alone. I still love subway, but this place has taken down my love for it(slightly) If you love a good sub, subway can be a great choice, just make sure you don’t go to this one…(*~_~*)

This is, by far, the nicest Subway I’ve ever been to in terms of great customer service and cleanliness(not just clean, but almost«fancy» for a Subway:). It’s located in the Olive Chapel Village shopping center next to Lowe’s Foods and on the end of the building, so it offers some nice, tall windows next to a few super clean booths. There’s even a little«lounge» area with a some comfy-looking chairs. The 2 people making subs(husband & wife, I think?) were so friendly and accomodating towards my requests(I didn’t even get the evil eye for asking for even more mayo on the hub’s sub when she had already saturated it, in my opinion). Definitely the best Subway in Apex! And I can actually think of 3 others within a one mile radius of this one!
