We had them replace padding, stretch and clean our carpets. All was done well, except for a small spot that required them to return. They had no hesitation to do this.

I’ve been using TCS for both new installs and cleaning on my rental properties for the past 4 years. Their service has been perfect each time! Their prices are fair and they always show up on time and do quality work! Today’s install was business as usual. They showed up on time, did a great install and thorough cleanup and even repaired a section of carpeting on the stairs other installers would have charge extra for. Thanks for the great service!

We had Triangle Carpet Specialists over for a measurement last Monday, and they promised to get us an estimate in short order. The measurement was thoughtful, efficient, and performed with the type of technology that you would want. The problem was that they never wanted us to actually, you know, pay them to perform the work. They didn’t even send over an estimate after a week’s time, and after contacting them again they still didn’t provide an estimate when they said they would. I am not familiar with too many businesses who can just cavalierly toss aside thousands of dollars, but they must be doing extremely well in order to do so. I basically had my checkbook ready for them, but they were non-​responsive. Bottom line: if you can operate a business this way and survive, your work must be incredible! I will spend my money with a business who will, you know, accept it? Bizarre experience.

What a great experience from estimates to completed work ! This is a family owned company and it shows with the amount of care they put in to everything to make sure you are happy. First, we had our carpets done. This house still had the original carpet from when the original owners bought the house and it was in poor shape. We bought excellent quality carpet from TCS with upgraded padding that includes a moisture barrier and what a difference ! Leo, from TCS, bought in many samples for us to look at and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything but instead just explained the differences so we could make an educated decision. The installation went great and everything was done when promised. They also cleaned up after themselves and left our house looking beautiful. The carpet is such great quality that now we all love to walk around in our bare feet because it feels that nice ! They did such a great job with the carpet that we decided to have them replace all of our hardwoods on the ground floor and again, they did not disappoint ! We scheduled it with a week that we were going to be out of town for vacation. So we went to the beach for a week and when we got back and opened the door we couldn’t believe it was the same house. It looks beautiful! Between the new carpets and the new hardwoods, our house now looks and smells like a brand new house even though it is almost 20 years old ! I would HIGHLY recommend Triangle Carpet Specialists to anyone with full confidence ! I contacted TCS last December to have some carpet installed. Leo who seems to get rave reviews here came out to the house to show us some samples. He showed up in a pickup and brought in samples of carpet that was nothing that we had described. We were looking for some non looped carpet since we have pets and we asked for beige with browns and black specs like we had seen at the big box stores. He went back out and brought more samples that were not anything like we described.
He told us he works out of a warehouse so he didn’t have a way for us to look at the carpet we might want. He offered to bring more samples but we never heard from him again.
First impression was good to start and bad by the end. I would not recommend Triangle Carpet Specialists to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with a business that offers something other than what they advertise.

TCS is awesome!!! Leo stopped by and took a look at the area that I needed repaired and provided me a quote right on the spot. Leo was so friendly and very attentive to my needs. The prices were very reasonable too.
I called the office to set up an appointment and they came out to my home yesterday to complete the job. They were in and out in about 30 minutes and I am very happy with the quality of their work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone! Great job guys!

Hired TCS to clean my carpet. Just bought the house and previous owners were pigs! TCS did a great job cleaning the carpet, came out very quickly, was on time and done in just a few hours. The carpets were dry by the next day. I’ve had carpets cleaned in the past by others and the carpet was wet for days. Highly recommend. We just moved here from out of state where we owned a carpet store for 22 years, so I have recommended many carpet cleaners in the past. TCS is my recommendation for anyone in the triangle.

Professional and friendly from the initial phone contact and throughout the entire process of having a carpet area patched (you cannot tell where the patch is) and they also stretched my carpet in 3 rooms including our berber carpet which is super difficult to stretch. They did an amazing job and where prompt and great communicators. Super to work with. While they were here I scheduled my carpet in my house to be cleaned in a couple weeks. The price was very fair and excellent work and service. So nice to work with a company that knows how to treat a customer! Super experience!

TCS is very attentive and quick to provide quotes. They are also less expensive than Lowe’s. They were very courteous and caring. They did a fantastic job putting in carpet in a room with lots of angles in it. I will call them again to replace more of my carpet and I highly recommend them.

I called upon TCS to clean my carpets. The employee they sent was thorough and attentive to the details (special attention to heavily soiled areas/​higher traffic areas) versus the rest of the carpet that were not as soiled. We were able to clean 100% of the carpet since I was able to move my furniture out of the way onto my tiled surfaces. They were also great in answering questions of what to expect during their visit and how to prepare for them as well as some follow-​up questions after their visit.
On top of all of that, they were very friendly, personable and knowledgable. The price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend them for carpet cleaning or their other services. I will be keeping them in my file to clean my rental house in between tenants.

This company is absolutely amazing to work with! I emailed TCS for a quote on one bedroom of carpeting and Leo contacted me within hours of my email. We scheduled an appointment for measurements the following weekend and not only did Leo show up 20 minutes EARLY, he had a car full of samples with him! It only took him about 5 minutes to make his digital measurements — I was so impressed!
After looking at and choosing our new carpet, Leo then used the iPad to create an estimate right in our living room! In 20 minutes we had measurements, picked our samples, and had our estimate by email. The pricing was also over $ 120 cheaper than Crown Flooring LLC’s. We booked out appointment on the spot!
The installation went perfectly. They did show up about 30 minutes late but I know how the service industry goes… when one job is off, it’s a domino affect so that didn’t bother me. They had old carpet out and the new installed in 1 hour. We paid and were emailed our invoice within minutes.
I am so happy with the service and carpet from Triangle Carpet Specialists and would recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!

I didn’t think the carpet had been really cleaned before I moved in, so I did a google search and TCS popped up. They came out right away, cleaned the carpets, and man do they look great. Went 1st to Lowe’s, then had Empire come out and give an estimate for 2 rooms. Both seemed expensive, but we put a deposit down with Empire to come out in 5 days. Later the same day I called TCS and asked if they could give an estimate, explaining I only had 3 days to get my deposit back from Empire. They sent someone out that afternoon.
They charged us almost half of what Empire would have, and completed the work in the same time frame. Would absolutely use them again. Stay local with this kind of work.

They replaced the vinyl in our kitchen, the carpet up our stairs as well as in our living room. They also fixed some problems with our subfloor. Leo and Bill were great in getting us what we wanted. They were able to schedule our work quickly and their guys did an amazing job. The place looks brand new. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone else.
