Description

Specialties

At «The Landing Café» we specialize in breakfast items like French Toast, omelets etc… and specialty coffees… lunch items like sweet and savory crepes, quesadillas, sándwiches, salads, wraps, smoothies and many other beverage items.

History

Established in 2012.

My name is Chef Bradley although the café opened its doors to the public in October of 2012, I began managing «The Landing Café» in March of 2014, this a community café … of course we are open to the public… we also exert ourselves to create and maintain a neighborhood — family atmosphere. Food quality, consistency and customer service will always be our priority.

Meet the Manager

Bradley L.

Manager

I became a Chefs apprentice in Madrid, Spain, I have been a business entrepreneur since 1994 mostly in the construction and interior design section. That is how I met Chef Alejandro Bañeros … executive chef for Mirasierra Suites Hotels, as my team interveined in the development of the hotels 8 lobby café bars. We had many disputes about food more than the design of his cafes, I finally decided to invite him to my home and feed him a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Well needless to say from that moment on he had gained a new found respect and interest for american dining, I joined his Chefs Apprenticeship program and it was very challenging especially while juggling my full time interior décor company. Since then I have owned three successful restaurants, but my love for endless sunshine eventually brought me to Florida.
