I’m always happy to come to this little store it’s a little outdated I don’t mind. I know where everything is I will say that the staff keep everything very clean and everyone is always friendly. I always get help to my car whether it’s raining or not. Sometimes when I’m checking out I get little tips and helpful suggestions from the cashier or the person helping to bag. The produce looked great and I love the bakery department sometimes they have samples out of something new. I must say I’ve bought some different things I never thought I would just by sampling a slice of bread or crackers or some type a new item that’s featured. Is also a great selection of cookies and seasonal items that come through. This morning produce Dept. was especially helpful. I was looking for something and he hadn’t gotten it out yet, so he was kind enough to go in the back and pull out some fresh honey crisp apples for me.

This Winn Dixie was very unprofessional. It’s hard to find things in here and the management staffs are also seem to be negligent. Maybe they need Publix’s managers to train them on how to treat customers.

I do not usually shop at Winn Dixie– I never liked the floor plan. I’m a Publix shopper but I was trying to save a few steps this morning after school drop off. I had to dig through the oranges for a fresh one — None ! Celery was rotten! Cucumbers were soft — Really disappointing !!! When I saw there was no whole milk, I was floored ! I spoke to the cashier«Aida«who was wonderful ! She turned to the two managers who informed her that«yes«no milk ! They never even looked at me ! Who needs managers like this? Winn Dixie — do Better !!! Your managers(2) are terrible! I’m not coming back — even for convenience!!!

Not a huge fan of WD since I worked at one over 15 years ago, this Winn Dixie is no exception. Although their beer selection is pretty interesting, they’re apparently resetting it all, so who knows what it will be like in the near future. They do that«loyalty card program» scam too, where everything is more expensive unless you use their program, which does shopper tracking and all that nefarious stuff. While neat from a data mining standpoint, it’s all a bit too conspiracy-theory for me. Plus, the place is generally eerily empty all the time. But they do have an on-premises liquor store that’ll get you kegs, so bonus points for that. It’s a grocery store. Whatever.
