LOVE this salon, I come here almost weekly. The service, staff, and atmosphere is so nice. KIM is my go to lady, very sweet and talented. Great prices and very good work!

If I could give zero stars I would have. Just came from there. First of all the nail technician barely understood what I said not can understand English well. She was aggressive with my hands and just had a bad attitude overall. While filing my nails, I was looking at what she was doing and realized that the nail on my right index finger was terribly slanted. She file way too much. I told her of the situation and her response was «next time I won’t do you». I was shocked to capacity. So I was «what» and she repeated herself. Who the hell says that. I called the manager and told him of the situation. He told her she can’t say or do that… At the end of it all i wrote down 0 tip in front of her face.
Do not go to that place… Go to Euphoria lounge. I went to this place because Euphoria was crowded. Never me again!!!

extremely unsanitary!!! the nail technicians used a KITCHEN CHEESE GRADER to scrub a clients foot sitting a few chairs beside me! I couldn’t believe it. then to sanitize it, she shook off the dead skin in the dirty water, and put the cheese grader back in her drawer!!! I couldn’t make this up! my 2 year old got her nails painted for the first time and the nail lady kept yelling at my child who was sitting in my lap but kept talking about her nails trying to get a closer look! then she had the nerve to pick her up and put her in the chair next to me and yell at her when she would try and get off the chair!!! called state board and filed a report, turns out their establishment cosmetology license is canceled!!!

Went in for a gel manicure and they did a horrible job! They didn’t clean up the edges probably leaving the gel over my skin. Some of the nails didn’t even last a week. The only good thing they have going for them is that it’s open on Sunday’s.

I came here for a pedicure a while back and they did not do a good job. The man did my pedicure he cut my skin and it was painful. Also I got my eyebrows waxed here and the lady was on the phone and the wax was really hot.

I’ve never been to a salon for any reason I came in with my fiancé and got a pedicure that didn’t hurt and the staff was very friendly and understanding when I had my ticklish moments all that being said definitely go here its a good place.

I would never get my nails done here again. Got a full set– my nails hurt so bad the entire time I had them. Never had that before. Finally had them removed at another location and they said it probably hurt so bad because it was put on too thick and too much glue. The second they were off they felt so much better
On t op of the full set being too thick and making my nails in pure pain for three weeks the paint job was jacked– I could se the fake nail that hadn’t been covered and the fake nail didn’t even cover my entire nail so way too small. Basically the worst full set and paint job I’ve ever had.

They do great eyebrows but when i make an appt for nails, i expect at least a call if the tech cant make it. Q promised he does awesome work … So I even made sure to be early for my appt so i don’t make someone else wait. I waited 30 min, the coworkers even called him to see where he was, no answer. The least he could do was call to let me know something came up. But well… Lets just say i just wont go back. Work is ok… But work ethic speaks volumes. Thanks for wasting my time though.

My favorite nail salon in Apple valley! Q Is the best manicurist! He always knows what I like & picks the best colors out for me. Tiffany also does my pedicures & she’s great! Brother sister power team. Extremely clean salon with lots of polish choices.

I haven’t been there for over a year and I must say… worst pedicure given, and as another poster said continuously talking in their native language and snickering while working on their customers (the women). The male who was doing a pedicure talked about giving $ 5.00 off their natural pedi BUT charged his customer the full price mumbling something about it not being on sale today. IF that’s the case he should have told her up front when it was on sale and not misled her. The place needs to be cleaned up… looks sloppy for their place. Truthfully, I won’t be back… there are too many other places to go.

I think I have tried every nail salon in Apple Valley and a few in Victorville. I always come back to Jess Ranch Nail and Spa. The prices are a little higher than other places but they do a much better job so it is worth it.

I absolutely love my nails! Tina did my nails and in under a hour or so. She took her time to make sure my nails turned out perfect. My total bill for the full set was $ 40 (not bad) I highly recommend her. The reason for the four stars and not the five I didn’t really care for them speaking in their native tongue to each other which were clearly about the customers inside and snickering. Overall I would return.

I have been here twice and Kevin has done a great job. I really don’t appreciate the other staff doing nothing but talking in their native language and snickering at the clients. I really did not like the smell of whatever one gal was eating… right out in front where the customers are, very rude and unprofessional and I don’t think it’s very sanitary either. Although I love the work Kevin does, I don’t know if I will choose to put up with the rude behavior of the other staff… still debating.

Been to several nail places all over this high desert and this place is always the best. Went to others becuase they were closer to my home, but regret it everytime… so making the drive from now on. Husband loves the messages that come with the pedi.

I don’t go anywhere else but here to get my nails done. The employees are so sweet and they always make sure that I like my nails before I leave. I like that they offer me choices about the design before they just do the standard flower.
I was having acrylics filled every two weeks and they would never lift or have any problems. When they did the nail removal it was painless and I never took off my own nails. I recommend paying the few dollars and having them remove the acrylic nails or the gel nails.
Now I am on a new phase and I’m just doing a normal manicure and deluxe pedicure. I leave happy and it only costs me 45 dollars before tip. I get a design on my toes and that is five dollars more. They do a really nice job and always listen to what I wasn’t done. I’ve never left unhappy.

I don’t usually like men doing my nails but Kevin is a perfectionist. I was much happier with the service and care here than one of the other places in the Jess ranch plaza.

TL; DR Worst service ever.
Got acrylics done last week and they are already lifting off, which is unusual for me.
My experience was awful. My nail tech got up twice while doing my nails to help other customers; both needed waxing, it was quick but unnecessary because there were other workers not doing anything. She did not measure the tips before gluing them onto my nails, now many of my nails are not wide enough. She measured the length, but when I asked for then to be a little shorter, she didn’t measure them again and now all of my nails are different sizes. Got the gel polish, but there are lots of bubbles.

I am from LA but was in town visiting family. i stopped in for a quick gel polish color change. They had a large selection of gel colors but the quality was really bad. Even after 3 coats I could STILL see through them. I’m writing this review one week later and my nails now have many little bubbles and have already chipped. Seeing as though I paid $ 20 WITHOUT a manicure I pretty much wasted money. 2 stars for clean facility and selection.

I have been to Jess ranch 3 times, the first 2 times I got the same lady and I was a little disappointed in how my nails turned out (she had glued the nail on crooked and the second time my nails were very sharp on the corners). I walked in today though and got Michelle and I am thrilled with my nails! Every time I have been she has been the busiest and I can see why. She’s very meticulous and takes great care in making sure every nail is even. I didn’t feel like she was rushing at all, I will definitely make appointments in the future so I can make sure I get Michelle!

First time going to Ranch nails today. Went in to get a full set, white tips, after years of not getting my nails done. I gotta say I really love how they came out! Michelle is really nice and very good, the other ladies were nice and from what I saw very good as well, it is a clean and friendly environment. I like how Michelle made my nails narrow and thin not all thick and wide. I will definitely be going back in the future. I would also recommend Michelle but if she’s not available, the other ladies are also good.
