Established in 1980.

On the day Mary Parker opened the doors at Parker Properties she had already owned, operated and sold five businesses. With $ 250.00 and a strong sense of running a business, she wanted this one to have that «at home» feeling. From 1980 to 1995 she honed and perfected the way she wanted her Real Estate office to run. Mary soon earned a reputation for hard work and honesty.

In 1995 eldest daughter Charlotte joined Mary, and in 1998 second daughter Deborah came on board. Still perfecting and building the business Mary, Charlotte, Deborah and three other Realtors became a formidable team. Listing, selling or renting, through the good times and bad, truth, honesty, integrity, and family values has been the motto since the beginning.

Mary retired in 2000 to care for her husband, and Deborah and Charlotte took over the business. In 2004 all of Parker Properties was very proud when Deborah Light served as President of the Victor Valley Association of Realtors.
