I don’t know what you expect from hypnotherapy, but I expected a lot of nonsense. What I got was a surreal experience, one that has tremendously helped me. Dunn guides you to dig deep in your own mind, and depending on what you need help with, he focuses on that. So if its self confidence, overcoming fears, pain management or what ever it might be, he can get to the root of the problem.
I have had a few sessions with him and they have been tremendously helpful. I highly recommend Sage Hypnotherapy: even if you only try it once, you will see how helpful it is.
