The Roof Guys

Prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had a hard-​to-​find like on our South Minneapolis house. They showed up on time, took a look around, thought the flat roof on the deck (that I thought was the source) was ok, and sent over one of their window specialists. He also was on-​time, professional, and quick. He thought the window was ok, but instead of just leaving it at that got up and looked for the intrusion point. He eventually traced it to some cracked caulking in the gutter a good 10 feet away from where I was looking. He offered to seal it, but also told me it was a simple job if I was at all handy. I did it on my own, and we’ve had no more trouble despite several heavy downpours.
Really appreciated them taking the time to find the source, and not just tell me that I should replace the roof in the involved area. Will have them at the top of the list for any work next time.
