Axxess Security Service is an awesome and knowledgeable service provider! (CALL HIM FIRST, NOT LAST! You won’t regret it! Put his # on your phone right now! 920−738−7788. (No, I’m not his girlfriend, relative, or mktg. guru… just a regular customer.) My experience, + some extra info. as to why this locksmith is THE only person you ever want to work on your locks! (In the long run, he will save you $, time, frustration, & your vehicles!) — Over the past 6 — 8 mos. (2013 & 2014) (including as recent as Friday, 4÷11÷14 where I hired Axxess Sec. Svc.), I hired different, local, so-​called «locksmiths» (and one time received the help of a non-prof’l guy). At that time, (as is the case with most people when suddenly needing emergency lock-​out svc.), I didn’t take the time to learn more about the bkgrnd. of any locksmith I called. All I knew was that each one quickly unlocked my car. However, over the following mos., these quick (& sometimes improper) unlocking methods proved to cause more damage to internal components inside my driver’s side door (& inside problems showed up later with no warning signs ahead of time… so you can imagine how inconvenient that was! (I did not enjoy having to crawl over my stick shift, and over all of my groceries, with (temporary) hip & knee problems, just to get out of the right side of my car… when I suddenly couldn’t open my driver’s side door from the inside.). Axxess Security Service quickly repaired the separate cable connection inside the door (4÷11÷14) & educated me thoroughly (while doing the work) about what caused this add’l repair in the first place… even showing me «where» & «why» the problem occurred. (The problem was caused by other prior improper unlocking methods.) My obvious conclusion: There IS a BIG difference in locksmiths! Axxess Security Service helped me to understand how to avoid future costly & potentially dangerous problems with my (or any) vehicle! (…Did you know that lock problems can cause a fire in some vehicles? Yes, & he’ll explain how!) To continue, Chuck is a highly intelligent & capable military veteran, has 5 locksmith certifications, studied linkage configurations & proper protocols while going through a 2 yr. apprenticeship and training (yrs. ago), has 20 YRS. of field technical experience (not just with automotive locks (…has worked on approx. 17,000 vehicles!), but also has extensive experience with locks for motorcycles, ATV’s, boats, hardware installations & repairs, & commercial and residential buildings.) — He is available «after normal hours», & charges a competitive fee (the first time), & gives a «customer loyalty consideration» on the price w/​future appts! So, at least your «out of pocket» costs will be less with repeat service! (And, he DOES honor that each time!) — You can call Chuck no matter where you are in the U.S.A. –& he’ll be able to refer you to another certified professional security consultant! — Bottom line: It DOES make a difference (over the long run) with who works on your vehicle. You wouldn’t take some medications (or see just any doctor) without researching the long term effects of that drug on your body and your overall health, so why would you take blind risks with your vehicle without knowing a thing about that provider!!! Don’t just think about the money when you are choosing a locksmith (& don’t only use a 3^rd party vendor that your insurance refers you to)…because you could end up paying more in the long run for the mistakes of others (and if you think that «others» didn’t make a mistake just because they got your vehicle unlocked, …guess again. «Others» can and do unknowingly damage parts even when they have quickly unlocked your car!) — Axxess Security Service proved himself over and over again, and he truly deserved to have this positive review. I am happy that there is finally someone who really knows what he is doing… working on my vehicle. Locksmithing isn’t a business that anyone can just quickly jump into. It takes years to acquire the type of knowledge that this business owner has. Some locksmiths are more limited than others. But Axxess Security Service is VERY technically proficient, consistent, & responds quickly. (He is in high demand just through ‘word of mouth’ (that’s why you don’t see a lot of online advertising for him)…& you may have to be a little patient sometimes –but just know that I’ve never had to wait for any unreasonable amount of time.) He is a highly experienced professional, and I know, without any doubt, that he will prevent future problems for me (no matter what vehicle I have) and will do the same for you! He has earned my trust and respect, & is my «go to» locksmith for the Appleton, WI area!
