Dependable Auto Sales

I have worked with Dependable Auto and Steve for a very long time. I recommend him to all of my friends and family. He is always up front and honest about the cars he sells, which is very hard to find when you are used car shopping. Go to Dependable, they’re great!!!

I really hate to be a buzz kill and leave an unfavorable review but I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone that I know. The vehicle my family recently purchased had one issue after the next the right away. Dead battery the day after we got it. We contacted the business and were pretty much dismissed and given the «the vehicle was sold as is» line. (Already defensive and I should’ve known they were glad to have it off the lot). They don’t have a service department but mentioned a mechanic we could go to. We have lots of kids so we figured a kid left a light on. Ate the money and bought a new battery. A week later the new battery was dead. No lights left on. I’m sure this truck didn’t sit on the lot for months without any battery issues if we were already having this problem. A parasitic battery draw was occurring but before we could even find out where that was coming from the speedometer stopped working. The final nail in the coffin was a service engine soon light that came on. Far from being a «Dependable Auto» we were able to trade it in for a very dependable auto from a well known car dealership. If you are a mechanic or someone looking for a hobby project then I could see how you’d go to here. If you’re hard working people with families that rely on dependable vehicles daily, then I would not recommend this place. P. S. They only got two stars because the office girl was very friendly and the dog was very cute.
