History

Established in 1984.

Foxley’s Gallery Ltd. was established in 1984. Our first location was at 807 W. College Avenue. A year later, Foxley’s was asked to open a gallery in the lower level of the Marshall Fields department store in downtown Appleton. The framing department then separated from the gallery and was located at 728 W. College Avenue. Foxley’s also offered art in the furniture departments of Marshall Fields Mayfair Mall and Grand Avenue locations. Until the purchase of Marshall Fields by Dayton Hudson co. In 1990, Foxley’s framing department and gallery were reunited in a 7,600 square foot building located on the corner of College avenue and Richmond street. This location at 623 W. College Avenue has remained our home for the past 23 years.
