History
Established in 2004.
Randy and Pati Reinke started out making pizzas as a fundraiser for our church twice a year. Members from our parish kept asking if they could get pizzas year round, and before we knew it we were making pizzas almost every day. In 2004 we added a City inspected commercial grade kitchen to our home, purchased a delivery vehicle, and registered our business with the State of Wisconsin. We expanded our market to include bars and convenience stores. In 2006 we passed USDA inspection, added bar codes to our products and expanded into grocery stores. By early 2007 we had outgrown our home and moved into our next location on N. Perkins Street in Appleton, where we had 8 employees and the ability to produce 18,000 pizzas per month. As of September 2014, we are now a restaurant at 1216 W. Wisconsin Ave., with seating for 65 in our 4,000 sq ft facility. We have about 20 employees and serve pizzas, sandwiches, dinner entrees & more!
