Little Diner Xpress

Cute little place. It looked clean but there was a bad smell like a dog was kept there. The menu is large and varied. They have all the classics for breakfast plus some fun twists– there’s a whole section of different kinds of eggs Benedict. The coffee tasted very watered down and we sat there with empty cups for at least half the time. Otherwise service was pretty good, no complaints there. Food was just okay. The hash browns were soggy and had an unpleasant flavor, despite ordering them crispy. The muffin on my Benedict was soggy as well and the ham very chewy. The breakfast sandwich my boyfriend ordered was good but had the same chewy ham. Overall I would not recommend this place and probably will not be back.

Always good service and the food is always good. The coffee is good too. You just can’t go wrong with coming here ²⁴⁄₇.

I wanted to like this place… I really did. In fact, the breakfast wasn’t too bad (I had the Huevos Banditos; kids had french toast). The problem was that it took an excruciating amount of time to get it. I believe it was 75 mins from the time we sat down until we got our food. The term «express» just doesn’t seem appropriate. Also, it really wasn’t that busy– just incredibly under staffed.
On the plus side, our server was an absolute gem and very pleasant. He eventually hopped back on the grill in order for our food to get cooked. Unfortunately, that was after we had been sitting for nearly an hour. I’m not sure I’ll go back, unless there”s a few extra helping hands in the kitchen to keep things moving along.

What an excellent find! We were in town for the weekend & googled «best breakfast places» and this was on the list. It did not disappoint. Even though it’s a smaller place we didn’t wait long for a table. The service was excellent; friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The food was great, especially the hash browns. Not greasy at all and very crispy. Everything was fresh & delicious. I would also recommend the eggs Benedict. And they had a great coffee selection with cappuccinos! If I lived in this area I would make this place a regular breakfast spot!

Absolutely amazing breakfast. The food came out hot, fast, and exactly the way I asked. They were busy and were still able to easily accommodate us. I have been a chef almost my whole life and I am making this my new sunday morning breakfast place. Awesome place.

It’s a good-​old fashioned diner with delicious, well-​priced food. I can’t really think of a stronger recommendation.

Wow! Super friendly little diner. Food is great, service is great. The place is super clean and has a really cute salt water fish take that’s fun to watch. I ordered the stuffed French toast — it was amazing! More food than I could eat at great prices. If I lived in Appleton I’d be a regular here (and probably 10 pounds heavier cuz the food is so good!).

When back in the hometown after being away three years we decided to try some other places than we used to go. The little diner is a great ²⁴⁄₇ diner with excellent diner food and great service for very reasonable prices.
The service was efficient and friendly. They cared to get you what you wanted and how. I like it when they care enough to make sure it is just how you wanted it.
The food was great for the price. Don’t take that as meaning it was not simply great food, it is, but coming here form California the value is amazing. I had he corned beef has Benedict which cost around $ 9, in CA that is a $ 13 – 14 breakfast. So it is a great value. From what I can tell it is a great value locally as well.
Highly recommend this little hometown diner for great inexpensive eats.

The best 24 hour restaurant hands down. The atmosphere is pleasant, prices are cheap, service is fast, and the food is delicious. I am a vegetarian and their menu caters to all diets. Furthermore, they have organic coffee which is the best in town. This diner is truly miles ahead of other restaurants when it comes to quality ingredients. A+++

We have been regulars since our first meal. The food is always hot, tasty and just the way you order it. We’ve never had a bad dessert. My Beau Hunk’s favorite being the Cookies n Crème pie. The coffee is always fresh and delicious.
The service is outstanding. Anne and Suzy are our favorites. They make you feel welcome and not far from home.

Best 24 hour restaurant in the Appleton area! Endless coffee for cheap you can’t go wrong :)

This is a great place for a good cheap meal. It’s a TINY place so if your looking for privacy it’s not for you but if your just looking for good food at a good price and a friendly staff then this is the place to go.
