Rangeview Villas

I rented an apartment at this location for 16 months. The managers are a couple. They hardly answer the phone, and when the phone is answered the woman says she’s at work (a second job) and will have to call you back or her husband will stop by. On my final walk through we had an appointment, that she was late for, and ended in a phone call with her saying it wasn’t going to happen that she would have to call her husband.
I noticed they go through the motions of explaining the lease but rarely enforce them unless there is a complaint, which results in a typed letter on everyone’s door as a «warning». Even if children are destroying trees, playing in a high traffic parking lot and throwing rocks through windows. Snow and ice removal is spotty, the lawn seems to be the old mans baby.
On a better note, the apartments are in decent shape. some stuff is expected as in nail holes and only single walls repainted. Noise between apartments is hardly an issue unless there’s an unruly child having a fit.
Rent is reasonable and garages are secure… aside the management issues.
