History

Established in 2015.

Seth’s Coffee has had a brick & mortar location in Little Chute since 2009, but decided to open a drive-​thru version of the local craft café in downtown Appleton in 2015. We have a passion for excellent coffee and use attention to detail to have properly extracted coffees and properly executed, handcrafted drinks.

Business Owner

Seth had a dream in his late teen years to open a café in downtown Little Chute where he grew up and saw a need for a coffee shop. The more he learned, the more he changed to improve the coffee, from equipment upgrades to taking the time to use weight as our most helpful tool in executing great drinks. Now that the Little Chute shop is well-​established, Seth & his wife, Kate, decided to open up this drive thru in Appleton. Seth & Kate reside in Appleton and love downtown, so they decided to be a part of it! Seth loves customer interaction, providing jobs for his baristas, instilling passion for coffee in others, and above all is a family man.
