History

Established in 2006.

Smart Choice MRI was built around the idea of creating greater transparency and affordability in health care, specifically MRI. With the increase in high-​deductible insurance plans, it was clear that people needed high quality health care at a fair price. Since MRI has traditionally had an inflated cost structure, we wanted to provide patients with the same quality MRI care and technology as a hospital without the inflated hospital costs.

Smart Choice is the first MRI center in the country that offers Magnetic Resonance Images (MRIs) to every patient for the same low, all-​inclusive price of just $ 600 or less.
