My kids love Tom’s! Therefore I love Tom’s. I love the Perchwich in particular. My food is always fresh and hot. Though not my favorite fast food restaurant, a good one nonetheless.

This experience was like sifting through McDonald’s dumpster for dinner. I will never return to this establishment which boasts being «famous for fresh food» seeing as we were served circular bacon, puny, processed burger patties at lukewarm temp, and pre-​smashed buns. Don’t forget the hollow versions of what once were french fries! Oh yuck. I hate wasting my hunger. Tom, you owe me $ 12 and an automatic time travel back to fulfill my hunger in any other way than with your food.

Good to go for a local fast food chain! The Family Pack of burgers and fries is really the best option for feeding a crowd and not breaking the bank at the drive thru!
Not the greatest ice cream or shakes, but the food makes up for that.

Prices are good for a fast food joint. The food is not good. I would not recommend Toms to anyone. I would rather get fast food from a McDonalds. The chicken nuggets were ok but the cheeseburger was not. It had a ton of mustard and low quality meat and cheese. I literally could not finish the cheeseburger, that’s how gross it tasted.

Local fast food, no matter where you are, is always the best. We have good chain fast food in Appleton, but you should never pass on Tom’s given an opportunity to eat there. Come to this restaurant and you can eat in a tilt a whirl car booth. How great is that? My kids love it. They also love the cheese curds, and giant 99 cent twist waffle cones. Menu diversity here is off the charts. As lowbrow eating goes, this is the best. Workers are friendly, fast, and do an outstanding job. Our order with special requests may have required a PhD to decipher, but they got it exactly right. Tom’s, you complete me. OK, maybe not, but I like you a lot.

Very clean — even when someone spilled their entire soda, someone came out right away to clean it
A good sized menu
Good french fries
The bad:
The hamburger patties (used for the double cheese burgers) seem to look and taste like they were frozen.
The cheese curds were tasteless

The food is great. The management is not. Let me explain.
I got a veggie burger on my way through town, as I do when I get a chance, and it was completely different than usual. The patty was crumbly and wet. It was pretty gross and I didn’t even finish it. I emailed Toms to see if I could get a refund for the sub-​par $ 4 sandwich. They replied that their veggie patty vendor was sold out of the usual patty, so they substituted a different product.
So, after acknowledging that they knew the product they sold me was poor quality, even though I had no warning that anything had changed, they did not give me a refund.
So, while the food is good, if a little pricey, I simply can’t give a good review based on their customer service foundation.
