Hands-on cooking classes emphasizing fresh, creative, high quality cuisine. Most classes are 3 courses followed by a sit-down dinner with wine. Classes are limited to 6 people. We offer special wine-maker dinners where each course is paired with a wine and the winemaker joins us at the table.
All levels of expertise are welcome.
History
Established in 2008.
When I turned 50 I was looking to celebrate by bringing some friends together, preparing a great meal while drinking good wine, and then sitting at the table for hours enjoying the fruits of our labor. I realized that there was nobody out there who could offer me that experience. So I began offering it for others!

I guess the love of food and cooking is in my blood. I grew up in a tight knit Greek family where most occasions were celebrated with food. Almost every Sunday afternoon we had delicious meals at my grandparents’ homes with endless courses of Greek specialties. My mother and aunt had a catering business called the «Stuffed Grape Leaf“and my mom was almost famous for her ability to throw an amazing dinner party. During college I realized that my «therapy» was cooking and I would invite my friends over for home-cooked meals. In my adult life I lived in several Asian countries as well as in Europe being exposed to fantastic ingredients and cooking techniques. My passion grew and continues to grow on a daily basis!
