Doctor Clean Carpet Tile and Upholstry Cleaning

Hands down best carpet cleaner in Santa Cruz County! After trying a handful of different companies, this is the only company that did a fantastic job! Our carpets are fluffy and smell great! We will never use anyone else!

Doctor Clean (Jeff) did a super job cleaning our very dirty living room carpet. We thought that there were places that would never look good again, but Jeff did a super job. The cost was very reasonable, and he went the extra mile for us during his visit. Very knowledgeable and super friendly.

This was my first time using Doctor Clean. They were happy to schedule an appointment that fit into my difficult schedule. They arrived on time, were very neat and a pleasure to have in our unit. The rug was very dirty and they did an amazing job cleaning it. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Every time I’ve used Dr. Clean they’ve shown up on time, and done a great job. He also helps me with ideas about how to take good care of my carpet between visits. He’s a great guy, and good family man, and he knows carpet!

We have used Dr. Clean in the past, as well as a few others. Comparing the quality of work and the prices charged, Dr. Clean is hands down the best value. Quality of work is great, price is fair, and service is second to none.

I have used Doctor Clean to clean furniture and the carpet in our house several times. Recently, I was reminded how great he is. The white recliner was so clean a friend asked if it was new-​definitely not!!! The rugs looked so great!!! The rugs/​chair smelled wonderful and dried within a few hours even though it was a cloudy day. Mr. Clean was very personable, reasonably priced and definitely trustworthy! He left a bottle of rug cleaner and even sent a thank you card. He is local (said something nice about my grandson who his daughter knows) and supports the community. If your rugs and/​or furniture need cleaning, call Doctor Clean-he’s the best!!!

UPDATE: Just used them again in our new house, and they got the carpets looking better than when we moved in. I am really amazed at the hard work, care, and muscle they put into each job. I will never use anyone else. Thank you Dr. Clean!!!
We had this family owned and run company out to clean our rugs this weekend and they were so GREAT! We have two small children who thoroughly abused the carpets in the condo we were renting, and I doubted they could get some of the stains out; but they did. On top of doing the job extremely efficiently, they were incredibly nice.
I feel like great customer service is getting harder and harder to find these days, but I found it in Doctor Clean. This husband and wife team worked very hard to get the job done, and did so with a smile. I also love that they are local, rather than some big company with tons of employees.
I recommend them without hesitation… they were fantastic! Oh– and they charged MUCH less than the other 5 companies wanted to charge! Great job you guys!
