Nerd by Night

My external hard drive died at the most critical moment during my project – just before I had saved the backup copy and the day before the project was due. Ben literally saved the day! He met me at his office at 6pm and started dismantling the hard drive immediately. By the time I got home he had already recovered the critical file and emailed it to me so that I could continue working and deliver the project the next morning. It was remarkable service and frankly a miracle.

I LOVE working with Nerd by Night! Ben is so attentive, responsive and easy to work with! I had him update all my computers and our electronic medical record system at my medical office (no small feat). He made sure we were up and running and everything was connected properly including our printers. He was also great with explaining everything in layman’s terms so that a non-​IT savvy person like me could actually understand. I am extremely satisfied with his service. Since then, I’ve had some other small IT needs for the office and he was right there whenever I needed him. I look forward to continuing working with Ben and Nerd By Night! I have a mid-​2010 iMac that I wanted to upgrade the HDD on. I contacted Nerd-​By-​Night via their online request form and received a response promptly from Adam. We discussed what I wanted to have done, and he executed the replacement drive purchase, and we coordinated the timing of the work, and he was done with the swap and re-​install of the OS within the same day! Although I kept asking questions, he was professional, courteous but very personable! I would not hesitate to recommend their services, and will be going back to them whenever I need help!

I purchased a new telephony modem to replace a Comcast-​leased modem. Neiman provided great support in activating the new modem as I encountered problems. He was efficient and made a change in the connection of my router. This is the second time we contacted Nerd by Night and definitely recommend them.

Nobody does it like these guys… We have been using NBN for many years… from when they first began and they just keep getting better… they return call quickly, schedule appts for your convenience and know their stuff… never had an issue that they could not fix… or had a better idea on how to get the job done… I highly suggest you call them whenever you have computer or networking issues…

Ben knows his stuff and is great at breaking information down so that I can understand it (I’m NOT computer savvy). He’s very patient with me and all of my questions and concerns.
