David and Kam Bullard are the owners and operators of Right at Home for the Monterey Bay Area. They established this business with a belief in the «dignity and value of every person» and a love for serving seniors.

Business Owner

David and Kam Bullard both grew up in the Bay Area, got married in Scotts Valley, and have made a life of serving and caring for others. David’s career mostly in health care management and Kam as an R.N. As the local owners and operators of Right at Home, serving Santa Cruz and Monterey County, they take great joy in bringing their varied experiences together to serve this community by providing high-​quality in home care to seniors and disabled adults. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of those they serve.
