I’m a personal trainer and Wellness coach in the Santa Cruz area specializing in womens fitness. I focus on creating cardio programs based on American style boxing, partnered with strength training using dumbells, sandbag and body weight exercises. I help you create lean muscle and improve metabolism. I’ll provide everyting you need. Not only that but I’ll provide you with a workout for your time at the gym so you’ll never walk into the gym and waste time wondering what to do next!
Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone up or you are looking to add variation to your existing workout routine having a personal trainer helping you is a great way to do it. You’ll improve coordination, build muscle, lose fat, relieve stress, and have a great time!
My training in fitness partnered with nutrition coaching will have you at your best. Not only will we work on toning your body but we will address any lifestyle and nutrition concerns you may have. This is a one-two punch!
History
Established in 2012.
Christine started training shortly after the birth of her daughter. Becoming interested in improving her health and the health of her family, Christine began studying nutrition and fitness and slowly branched into sharing this vital information with friends then clients.
Christine became certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a certified personal trainer and immediately began training at the YMCA in Media Pennsylvania and at Rittenhouse Square Fitness Club in downtown Philadelphia.
Becoming more interested in different modalities of fitness and exercise Christine began exploring things like Crossfit, kettlebell training, high intensity interval training and boxing training. In 2012 Christine became certified through the Boxing Fitness Institute in Sarasota Florida and using the principles of boxing intermixed with strength training with great results!
In June of this year Christine and her family moved from Pennsylvania to Aptos, joining the rest of the family!

Christine is an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer, Boxing Fitness Institute certified boxing instructor, certified Wellness coach through WellCoaches and dedicated mother, wife and friend.
Each of my clients have come to a personal trainer for unique reasons. Some are trying to lose weight, some to gain muscle and some to add variety to there workout. In every case, I approach each person as an individual. I never offer cookie cutter type workouts and programs. My training is specific to each person.
I offer a free 30 minute workout to see if boxing fitness is for you. Never an obligation or pressure.
I also offer surf training geared toward the female surfer. My training and workouts help women catch more waves and stay out longer — avoiding fatique and soreness. We work on balance, endurance and power — the three keys to success on the waves. Nothing beats having a personal trainer help you toward your goals!
