I hired Drew and Michael to do a video for my business. I have to say I was very apprehensive about it. Drew and Michael did an amazing job of preparing my employees as well as myself so that we felt like we were ready to shot, but we still looked authentic with our message. They made shooting this video fun and way less stressful. We at the office were freaked out and they both calmed all of our nerves. I am beyond satisfied with the amazing product they put together for us. Our video captures the exact message we were trying to convey about our business. I would recommended them to ANYONE looking to create a video for their business. I feel like I received a product way beyond my expectations. Worth every penny and then some. I originally met the team from Vertical Rail several years back when they did a remarkable job of building my e-commerce website. Recently I discovered that they have the capacity to create videos for online marketing. I met with the team and they shared several sample videos with me as well of their philosophy behind making a successful video to include real people, original music, and authentic viewpoints. We decided to make an instructional video that my customers had been requesting about one of my garments. At first I was worried about taking on an additional project as I barely have time to finish my work as it is. After sharing this with them, they assured me that they would handle everything, and very little effort would be needed on my part. They. Did. Not. Lie. In less than a week they scheduled my video session. The entire process took about two total hours of my time. They knew just what to do to achieve the original vision, including what shots to take, the positioning, lighting, colors to wear, EVERYTHING! In no time flat, they sent my video over. I WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY by the quality! I’ve worked with many photographers and videographers, and this was absolutely my best experience. Video is critical to online business success and it’s good to know we have someone in our own backyard capable of producing something of the same caliber as the big boys.

Rebuilding a website from the ground up is a very scary proposition. Vertical Rail managed this process for the Cabrillo Festival with grace, expert knowledge, and impeccable integrity. All through the project’s duration their team (Andrew, Melissa, Lynette, George) was responsive, thorough, thoughtful, gentle, informative and efficient… there are not enough positive adjectives in the book to fully describe how happy we were with both the process and the final product. They took our outdated, bulky content, helped us streamline it for the mobile age, and handed us back a site that is not only beautiful, but highly functional.
