I called multiple carpet cleaners in the area using Unilocal.Power steamers came recommended by someone who used to be in the business but has moved onto a different venture. The person who recommended me told me that they recommend power steamers because they have been doing this for decades, stand behind their services, and are not crooked. I took this with a grain of salt but I still got their bid. Asked about their products and saw that even they don’t advertise their biodegradable, earth friendly products like another company that doesn’t even come out to do an estimate. Another bidder came out and estimated $ 200 more than power steamers. So nonetheless I used power sweaters on my carpets and are beyond satisfied. Joe described what he was doing while he was doing it and even came the next day when an area needed a little bit more TLC, free of charge! I am happy and would recommend them in this area.

I was trying to get a quote for carpet cleaning with dog urine. He said that it depends on how many spots. I asked if he would come out and give me a free estimate and he said no, I’m not coming out twice. He was VERY rude and I even asked him why he’s being so rude when I’m trying to give him business. He said no he’s not and for me to have a good day, good bye. Wow. No apology or anything, guess he doesn’t care about getting business or treating his potential clients with respect. I would’ve been a regular, about once a month repeat business. Guess he screwed that up. Will never use him. Great way to lose business with that type of customer service.

I had my carpet cleaned yesterday (¾/​13) and showed the cleaner the problematic areas. Being a first-​time customer, I used their coupon «3 rooms for $ 75». When the carpet was completely dry today, I noticed that the stain on the carpet is still conspicuous. I called the owner (or manager) Tim about my problem and the first thing he told me was that, «I don’t come back for a $ 75 job». So which means, if the customer doesn’t get the more expensive services, they DO NOT DO A GOOD JOB (or at least make an effort to be good)! After few exchanges of words, I gave up & just told him that he will not get my recommendation nor will I ever use their service again. Their cleaning process is poor and don’t be fooled with the power steam shenanigan. Their customer service is even worse thinking that they are the only cleaning service in the area. ONE STAR… NEVER AGAIN!!!
