AT&T Wireless

They’re crooks. I’ve been with them since they were Cingular and they’ve changed for the worst. Customer service is ghetto to say the least and the company as a whole are savages. I’m switching to Verizon as well asap! Oh yeah and the bullshit unlimited data plan if you have DirectTV is a lie. I was told by an AT&T representative that I’d be grandfathered in to unlimited data once I accepted the offer. Later I found out that was a big lie. Once you opt in to it you lose your grandfathered plan. Then if you decide to cancel your DirectTV service you also lose your unlimited data plan then they revert you to their current ripoff data plan. Read the fine print. It’s bullshit. I don’t like any company having that much control over my decisions.

We had gone to the Arcadia location, which is now closed. Justin Yuan was a true salesperson in getting us to switch our family plan of 8+ to another data plan along with promises of rebates for trade-​in of smart phones and new iphone 6 plus purchases. He was very persistent in gaining the business and followed up afterwards to make sure he was giving us a great deal.
We switched over with him Oct 2015, it’s now May 2016 and we have yet to see the remaining rebates owed to us minus $ 100 that was given in credit on the bill. I have reached out to Justin over the course of this timeframe and each time he promised he was working on it. The last promise he made to me was that he’ll be getting the remaining rebate amount to me by May 1^st, 2016. As of current, there’s been no contact from him nor rebate check of $ 900 that is due to us. Justin is working out of another AT&T store and his reputation and professionalism includes delivering on what was promised. Without that, it will be hard for anyone to want to refer friends and family to him.
We have been more than patience waiting for 7 + months and hope AT & T will investigate this review to see what is holding up our rebate.

Was desperate having lost my phone (left on roof) in Pasadena, driving home to Riverside. Stoppd at ATT store in Pasadena, but no Samsung S6 Actives except at this store in Arcadia. The Pasadena store called ahead, and when I arrived they knew who I was, and what I was there for.
Enduring a 55 mile commute is hard enough, but losing your phone on the way out makes it that much harder. The kind and gracious employees at this store handled my situation very well, had the phone all dialed in before I even showed up (it was a 4 hour commute that night), heckI even went next door to Starbucks just cause it was there. Wesley, my sales rep is an absolute pleasure to deal with, he told me this was a great phone, better than the lost S4 Active I was using, two weeks later and I have to agree, while the phone has no micro SD slot, you almost don’t need them anymore, 99% of the stuff on my lost SD card was right there on Google when I got this phone hooked up!
Better yet, the one thing which REALLY caused concern for me, was lack of removable battery on this phone. My S4 had multiple «just in cae» extra batteries at the ready, however with the 3400 mAh battery in this S6, I have yet to even get CLOSE to using the battery up during a long overtime work shift, you can’t kill this battery, it goes a long long time.
Overall, I am very pleased with this phone, and even more happy with the consummate professionals that work at this store, they helped put a nice end to the worst commute ever! Thanks again Wesley and company!

Friendly and helpful!!! I think I found an AT&T store that I am actually looking forward to visiting, haha. Tiffany was very professional and knowledgeable. I tried to keep my story short, told you what I need. She gave me a simple answer «I can definitely help you with that «wow, that is that I like to hear and within 15 minutes baam… problem solved! I don’t know why I was thinking of coming to this store before… small store but no waiting — why not. I don’t need to get a number wait for my name to show up in the monitor an hour later at other bigger store. I just want to be in and out speedily. Thank U!

I just got a new phone and went to 2 different AT&T stores to get help in setting it up. They were packed. Then I thought of the AT&T store right next to my favorite Starbucks. Jonathan gave me a big smile as I walked in. He immediately set to getting me hooked up. He even put on a glass saver at a discount! I was out of there in 10 min!!! I highly recommend Jonathan and this AT&T store!!!

I usually don’t write Unilocal reviews but the customer service provided here is more than what I expected. I came to this location because of its high reviews, but I was honestly shocked by their enthusiasm and professionalism.
I came in to get information on my account status. One of the staff, Wesley, provided me with all the information that I needed as well as upgrading my phone along and putting on the glass screen protector (which looked VERY tedious btw). His humor and professionalism made it a really great experience. I definitely recommend coming to this place if you want amazing customer service with a good laugh.

Had an overall great experience due to Mr. Wesley. He had great communication and was very professional the whole time. Will definitely go back to this location and I hope Wesley helps me again.

I went in to go get my tempered glass replaced and Jon helped me. He took his time applying the tempered glass which I really appreciate cause I don’t want someone rushing through it and messing it up. He made small talk while applying it so I don’t stand there just waiting. I’ve been at other carriers and have really horrible service, but Jon was kind and took his time to help me.

Such a cute little store. The sales associates were so helpful! I mostly got assistance from Jonathan Lu, he’s a doll, the other associates would answer my random questions too. I upgraded my phone and it was quick and easy. Jonathan helped me get my new phone, case and protector included, within a few minutes. The new iPhone comes with new features which is what the other associates helped me with. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for help without a hassle! thanks guys, great job!

I upgraded my phone at this store, Patrick took care of everything for me and is the most helpful and knowledgable. There is plenty of parking, Starbucks is right next door. Two thumbs up!

Very nice customer service and very honest salesman.
Had a very nice experience. The manager gave me a nice deal and make Che’s the price that was offering online.
He was busy when I reached there but he had such a nice attitude that I decided to wait. He even helped me out while I was waiting. I would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say what great customer service I received from Justin on Saturday 8÷29÷15. He went above and beyond to help me out. I was having some issues with customer service over the phone and he took care of my issues and more. I can’t say enough about the wonderful service he provided for me. I was working in Arcadia which is a place I have never been before. As I was driving I noticed an AT&T authorized retailer. I quickly remembered I need to take back my USB cord because it was no longer working and it was still under the year warranty. When I entered the store and presented my original receipt and the old USB cord I was told the store I bought the USB from was not an authorized retailer and I would have to take the cord back to that particular store.
I explained to them I was not from that area and it would be out of my way. The manager of the store told me not to worry and they will gladly exchange the cord for my convenience. I was thankful and thrilled because it saved me lots of gas and time. I highly recommend everyone in the Arcadia area to visit this store at 733 W Naomi Ave.

25 dollars for a SIM card? Ugh, no thank you and seriously? It’s free at any other At&t store. Wow! Never coming back here. Horrible Horrible Horrible!

Justin was there the first time we went to this location to get a few questions answered. He was beyond helpful! He was patient and explained everything and even tried to help us feel better about our decisions with our plan. The second time we went, two other workers were there (I forget the man and woman’s name :(.) they were patient, adjusted our plan, and activated our phone in about 10 min. They even stayed past closing a few minutes to help us and didn’t even seem to mind. Great customer service! Don’t waste your time at the Pasedena location

I LOVE THEIR SERVICE! I’ve never experienced such nice and friendly service from any other phone store. and trust me, I’m picky and impatient. they helped me out with digital life (home security) and my family and I love it. we use home security more often now. I also love how they always give me the best deals!

This is an ok AT&T location. The service was incredibly helpful and friendly, but they were a little unorganized and slow. I left and apparently they forgot to charge me and tracked me down in the parking lot. Lucky for them I saw them and flagged them down as they would have lost out on money since I was under the impression that they had already charged me. There were clearly too many cooks in the kitchen. All three guys were assisting me and no one was sure who was doing what, which was nice but not efficient. For the most part, I had a good experience at this store and would have no hesitations with returning if I was in the area and in need.

I have been an AT&T customer for over 5 years and I have NEVER had such a great customer service experience. This was my first time at this location and I wish I had come here sooner. Their customer service is outstanding. They took care of my daughters upgrade and went above and beyond to set her up with her new phone.
The staff at this location is exceptional. Good job, guys and thank you for all your help!
