Azure Pool & Spa, David Corrrigan

Several years ago I had new system installed by Azure. It was done competently.
When I filled the tub to use it this winter the tub failed to heat. I called Azure and after a few days I received a telephone call back. Mr. Corrigan asked for the details of the system he had sold me. That was supplied. He said he would try to get by on three days later on a Friday and would advise. Friday came and as it was in the afternoon, I called Mr. Corrigan. He did not answer or return the phone call. I called again during the weekend and there was no answer and nor return call.
I finally was able to reach Mr. Corrigan on Monday. He said he was gone for the weekend. When asked why he didn’t call on Friday he said he didn’t call because he wasn’t coming. He didn’t understand that his perspective required the customer to wait on him whether or not he decided to come. He didn’t acknowledge he had agreed to call to advise if he was going to make it.
Nevermind. He agreed to come on Wednesday between 11 and 1. By the time 3 came and went without any contact again I called Mr. Corrigan. He didn’t answer again. I left a message that he missed his appointment again (with us waiting here during the two hour window and then another two hours). He called back after 4 and said he was not happy with my ‘bullying’ and was playing the victim saying he was a sole proprietor. I imagine he believes that gives him the excuse to promise appointments, miss them without a call advising of same, and then to take umbrage over the customer trying to have the appointment kept.
I presume Mr. Corrigan will always stay a sole proprietor. Unbelievably bad attitude with horrific customer relations.
