Bank of America

This bank is the absolute worst! I got a few $ 100 bills from them and deposited it to another bank and I found out that one bill was a counterfeit. That bank had to send it to the secret serivce and when I went bank to this Bank of America with a form that said it was fake they wouldn’t take it back and had the nerve to tell me that I had switched the bills and it wasn’t their fault. Never go to this bank, they will rip you off! I wish I could give a zero star rating for how poorly this branch operates.

Overall Bank of America are thieves in business suits. I am planning on changing my account over to a credit union. I am tired of being charged hidden fees. Customer service over the phone are no help, they aren’t helpful at all. I don’t know why I have put up with this abuse for so long. See you never again BofA. Bunch of thieves.

I had really good experience with this branch. The personal banker Steven was so professional and helpful. He handled the fraud on my account very patiently. He was very nice with so professional dressing. I love this branch because of him.

Bad customer service. Waited for 30 mins than th hostess comes and tells me «I can help you here» after I had checked in. I’m glad I closed my account. Never again Bofa

Well, the new normal is you need an appointment for anything and everything, whether it’s depositing a million dollars or sneezing in the parking lot. Can’t do much about this policy and it’s certainly not the local branch employees’ fault. However, acting with professionalism and being courteous to customers is within their control, and I must say that this branch consistently disappoints in those regards. Three stars for overall banking and minus two for the culture instilled from the top down at the Baldwin location.

BofA printed checks for me with wrong account number. I called the bank center and they told me to go to bank to get returned check fees refunded. Been waiting here 30 minutes so far. They should pay me for my time.

Asides the one Hispanic girl that is really nice these guys always give me shit about getting change from them. Every single time chances of me coming back here is slim thanks you punk ass Indian guy for giving me shit every time I come here. All you gotta do is shut up and give me change your a bank!

I have always used Bank of America and never have I ever received such poor customer service experience until now. The first time I went to this location, there were no issues. There’s usually 2 tellers and one of them is an Asian man and the other is an older, bearded man. The Asian man is courteous and professional, however the other one — well, I had a much rather «interesting» encounter with today. The teller’s first name ends with two L’s. I forgot the first letter of his name as he is insignificant to me now.
I came in to deposit checks at the teller (I know I could do it at the ATM, but these checks were from my income tax return and I would rather have them handled in person than by machine). I was appalled that at first, the teller refused to deposit my checks because he said that I had to fill out a savings/​checking deposit form. I told him at other BoFA branches, customers can still swipe their debit cards. He said no, and then I paused and looked at him and said, «Well then do you want me to fill one out right now?» as I was standing in front of him behind the glass window.
He said it’s okay and that he would do it for me «just this once» and that «next time [I] should fill out the forms.» WTF. First off, I know that there are forms that you can fill out when you’re in line — but you shouldn’t give customers grief about it with an attitude. Maybe he’s new (most likely he’s outdated) or just having a bad day — but you should never treat your customers like that.
Shame on you, sir.

Can not believe at 10:45 am on Wednesday, 11/​12/​2014, will long line and only 2 tellers??? Ask the girl if there is more teller, she relied, this is all we have! Terrible service and waited more than 20 mins to withdraw money!

Good BOA location. Fast counter service. ATM in the back. The entrance from Valley is tiny.

When I asked about all of my money that has been on hold for three weeks when fraud was committed on my account. Just like I was advised to, by all the phone departments of BofA and the personal banker who helped me so much; the rude BofA teller «ms Jimenez unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do, sometimes in life that’s just the way things go.» And couldn’t get me out of the door quick enough, and decided to follow his goodbye with «again that’s life.»

How are you suppose to be great with your customers when you’re throwing lines like that? Ugh I love BofA and truly loved the service in my bank but today this kid was beyond rude. If you’re having a day or someone told you that, don’t take your bitterness out on guests who is simply trying to get her money back and the account closed. Not my fault your systems are a hack and you can’t protect your guests from fraud like you claim. Ugh I’ve had it.
News update !!! July 17^th 2014
I came in and was welcomed as usual with happy faces and bright smiles. Thankfully I was able to finally close the account, I think all of the frustration from the ordeal definitely bothered me some. I want to continue Banking with BofA; I just think it will be after all of the issues settled. Thanks again to the tellers, and personal bankers, you have all been so great. I did want to apologize to the gentleman Brian, although he could’ve used better words to help with the situation, he still tried. He didn’t need my frustration taken out on him.

i really had a bad experience with this location. even this is my closest bank of america branch, now, i will need to drive to the foothill branch to do my bankjng because i do not like the service.
first, there is always a long line. i just do not understand why there are so many staffs but still do not open another teller service. all you are doing ia stand there and wait and watching them to look at you.

I don’t personally bank with Bank of America but I have been to this location several times to make a deposit (aka lend money) to a family member. I enjoy that the line is not too long and their wait time is manageable. They also have plenty of parking.
One thing that has always bothered me is the professional appearance of the tellers and bankers. There is a teller with a beard that reaches 3 inch down. I have never seen anyone allowed to grow that kind of facial hair in any professional environment.
A majority of their bankers look really young and are not dressed very professionally. It doesn’t instill confidence in me if I were to go there looking for financial advice.
The people are nice enough. There is no one to greet you but the tellers are pretty friendly. They ask you for ID every time you make a deposit, even in cash, to someone else’s account and document it. I find that very odd because no other banks do that.

I went into Bank of America on Saturday to have some papers notarized. I called the customer service number the day before to ask if they offer notary services and was told that they do, and they are always available during business hours. So I get there and tell them I need some papers notarized only to be told that they only notarize Bank of America documents! So why didn’t customer service mention that, I ask. «Oh, it happens all the time», the girl at the desk says. Every time I go to this bank all they care about is opening accounts. If you have to close an account, it’s like pulling teeth. They take FOREVER and and it’s like they want to make you pay for closing an account. I was with my mom and she couldn’t sign a slip due to having a stroke which I explained to the banker. When I walked the slip up to close the account and withdraw the balance on the account, the teller asked why the paper wasn’t signed. I explained that we just spoke with the banker behind us and my mom can’t sign it, but she’s sitting right over there (I point her out), etc. She proceeded to go over to my mom and ask her to sign the paper again! I was shocked she could be that stupid and told her that it was humiliating! The withdrawl was less than 200.00, and they were being ridiculous. The banker then walked over and apologized, but the damage was done. I am so tired of the b.s. they put you through and their fees, I think I’ll close my own account and take my business elsewhere, even though I’ve been with them for 24 years.

This review is about the Asian skinny Personal banker, her desk is the 1^st desk to the right if you enter from their back door. The personal banker tricked my friend opening an account with Her. My friend only wanted to cash a check. And she made my friend (who just moved to US a few months ago, she don’t know anything about banks here) believe that she can’t do that unless she has a BofA account. My friend was willing to pay the fees to cash the check. But the personal banker would not stop asking.

Been inside once to get a cashier’s check. Good service and waited just about 5 minutes. This was during a weekday so not sure how busy it is on the weekend. ATM located in the rear of the bank where parking is.

This BofA is okay because it’s located in a really popular area; so many customers flow in and out of here all day, and the parking lots is a bit challenging to maneuver. It looks like there’s been lots of employee turnover lately. and the some people look mean. :(Anyway, the good thing about this place is the short lines at the ATMs, yay! That is, IF the customers aren’t too slow.

This location is basically saying that before you head to Valley or some other location where 90% of business take only cash, you stop by and take some cash.

I only use this location for its ATM (I’ve never been inside) but I find it convenient.
Park in the back (there’s a big parking lot back there) and the ATMs are back there anyway.

B of A gets a bad wrap… People are always putting them down. Well, no more! I’m here to tell you… They RULE!
I recently needed to open all new accounts, and the Lady’s here were super helpful, patient, informative, and a lot of other really good things. So poop on you if you don’t like them. Maybe it’s you… did you ever think of that?
