Established in 2009.

In 1989, I purchased my first home and represented myself. Shortly thereafter, I got involved with various buying and selling transactions and I was hooked on Real Estate. Today, I continue to keep alive the first memories of what I wanted as a Seller of a home (an agent that would listen to my needs, top dollar for my home sale and a smooth transaction). I enjoy what I do! I love the ability to serve people in real estate. I enjoy the work involved in market analysis, viewing home inventory, negotiations and delivering the final check to home owners! I do alot of internet marketing on listings but also do a tremendous amount of networking with other agents to bring awareness of the property to their clients. I never stop working on a listing until it is sold. I communicate with my Sellers regularly and give a weekly report of showings for the week. I am well versed with computers and will communicate with my clients in the manner that works for them.
