What makes Dr. Cheng so great, besides her skill both in acupuncture and chiropractics, is that she provides a really comfortable environment for her patients and has a very gentle and caring bedside manner. I first started seeing Dr. Cheng for terrible, chronic pinched nerve in my shoulder (I can’t remember the correct term for when the nerve becomes inflamed and keeps getting pinched by the joint). I was concerned I was going to have to have surgery to correct the issue, but Dr. Cheng had me feeling better after my 1^st appointment! I went back for several more treatments before the symptoms subsided completely. It’s been two years and the condition hasn’t come back. Thank you Dr. Cheng!
P. S. Because she does do both acupuncture and chiropractics, you can save a lot of money with Dr. Cheng if you need both.

I went to Dr. Cheng for acupuncture during the two times my husband and I were trying to have a baby by ivf. And fortunately for us, we were successful both times. Now I can’t say for certain how much of that can be attributed to Dr. Cheng’s acupuncture services, but I can definitely say that if I were to do it again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call and schedule my next appointment with her. She was so friendly and welcoming. She would chat with me lightheartedly during the procedure and I’d somehow forgot the fact that a bunch of tiny needles were being inserted. She’d always make sure I was warm, relaxed, and comfortable. Also, coincidently, during the several weeks that I was having the acupuncture, I noticed my stress levels were down, and I had less frequent headaches and neck aches (tension). I’d definitely recommend Dr. Cheng to friends and family. Note, Dr. Cheng’s office is now on 5^th Street, off of Huntington Drive.

Look no further. Dr. Cheng is a bundle of sweetness and is excellent at what she does. I have been seeing her for over a decade and referred many friends and coworkers who love her as much as I do. She is just simply the best!

She helps my cousin with her ALLERGIES every fall. Makes her feel 100% better. Then she helped her with getting PREGNANT after 6 months of trying.
I’ve been going to her to help balance my hormones and she’s just so understanding. She talks to you and shares success stories and sympathizes with you. Seems like she knows exactly what you’re going through without having to ever go through it. She just makes you feel so at ease. This place just helps me reset and relax from all the stress I go through everyday at work.
First day you go in she asks what you’re here for, what’s bothering you, and then she goes over why you may be experiencing it. She helps treat so many different things.

LOVE THIS WOMAN! Dr. Cheng is so caring! I strained my back and literally couldn’t walk. I’m not going to say I walked in crippled and walked out a super star. I am still hurting. I’ve been going to Dr. Cheng for acupucture for about 8 months now & I can tell you she’s an absolute life-​saver.
I started going to her to relieve the stress that I carry in my neck, shoulders & upper back — that alone is worth 5 stars. Then one day, I got my first migraine. I was in so much pain I had a hard time even driving to her office — after an hour of acupucture & massage & came out feeling like a new person. Anyone who has ever suffered a migraine knows they’ll be eternally grateful to anyone who can stop the pain. I’d give Dr. Cheng 10 stars if I could!

My husband and I have been seeing Ya-​Wen since 2005 after our car accident. She is one of the best Chiropractors that I have ever been to, and that’s high praise since the other two I rank her with had been treating my family (grandparents, parents, aunts, uncles and siblings) since I was a child.
Her acupuncture work is absolutely amazing. Like the other reviewers commented, Ya-​Wen is one of the most pleasant and sincere persons you will ever meet. You will come back to her again and again.

My first time going here and it was excellent. She’s very nice and helpful. I had problems with my insurance and she handle it with great care. I had lower back pain and she recommended that I use both the acupuncture and chiropractic to help speed up the healing process. After my session, my lower back pain went away. She did mention that I might need one more session if my back pain creeps back but there was no pressure or hassle of making me go back. I would definitely recommend others to come here.
