This doctor is lazy, staff is lazy and unprofessional. Dr. Patel cares only about money. I went there with an urgent request for authorization for a broken toe and his first reaction was «oh you don’t need authorization to see a specialist — orthopedic, because it’s a toe it will heal by itself.» My son had to insist and argue to get an urgent authorization.
To make thinks worse he didn’t even want to give me a doctor’s letter that I can’t travel due to the trauma on my toe. Again we had to call several times and after several calls he wanted me to pay him 25 dollars for a simple typed letter.
Please, avoid this unprofessional doctor. I don’t know how he got his license or his degree. What a Shame. You don’t even deserve one star.

These people are uncaring of your time.
Showed up with an appointment at 1:30pm
I was the only one in the waiting but still was let in until 3:00pm. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes in the empty waiting room. But the wait didn’t end there, once inside there was an additional 30 minute wait. What’s the point of appointments if you will still be taking your sweet time and attending patients nearly 2 hours later?
I also did not particularly like how the doctor walked out on me without really explaining anything. I was left sitting in the room wondering, «is this consultation over now or???» It was only after 10 minutes of sitting there in the room that a nurse came in and said the consultation was over and I may leave. Very rude staff.

Poor reviews from foolish people frustrate me.
Dilip Patel saved my life.
I awoke under his care after a 5 week coma due to a lung infection. A dozen other physicians told me that I should not be alive. I spent another month in the hospital in recovery and he was there every day.
Everything he told me throughout my ordeal came true. Other physicians deferred to him every time there was any question of care plans in an unwaivering show of respect.
If you are sick, this is the man you want on your team.
If you want a quack that has nothing to do but wait for you to cut your finger… go find a clinic.

Worst office ever. I am so tired of these inconsiderate people. They take their sweet time as if you have nothing else to do all day but wait on them. I sat there for over an hour to get a simple prescription which I did not even receive. They said I’d have to wait AT LEAST another half hour just to be put in a room to wait some more. I informed them I had to get back to work and they could care less about trying to help me. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS OFFICE. IT’S HORRIBLE!

I’ve taken my dad to this specialist doctor three times. The first time we waited over two hours even though we had an appointment. That day the room was filled with people and they were frustrated waiting for a long time. The third visit we ended waiting close to two hours again. Not only that they let a person go in before us that arrived after us. My dad was so mad he told the receptionist girls and they had nothing to say.
Very unprofessional. There is no point in appointment times when you have to wait for so long. They should just take «walk-​in» since people are waiting for a long time anyway.

Do not go to him nor the other guy he partners with. This doctor is totally unprofessional and sloppy. I had an appointment to see him today for physical and i got there 15 minutes early. It was 2pm and the doctor finally called in and said he would be 30 minutes late. I didn’t get to see him until after 2:30pm. A few patients were bitching at the front desk. I was finally in until an hour wait and I complained about the problems. I told him i had back pain but he didn’t even bother to check. I even had to remind him to do physical. The only things he did for my physical was to check my throat, nose, and listen to me 4 times with his stetescope woooow! How professional is he and his partner! I will never ever go back to them again.
