I’ve been to a couple of LAN centers in LA and Dreamlab is definitely the best. I play a lot of CSGO and League. This place is perfect for those games. They also have a great selection of single player and multi player PC games for everyone. The pricing is cheap, the computers are great, the internet is super fast that you wouldn’t have to worry about lagging while in-​game. the staff is excellent and there’s snacks and drinks at good prices too if you’re too lazy to go out. It’s always a great experience at Dreamlab and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to play PC games.

I was looking for a place to play games since my computer at home suddenly died. I happened to stumble upon this place as i was looking for computer cafes near me.
As I was entering the café I immediately hear the sounds of customers clicking furiously as they are playing their games, some even yelling as they continued to play on.
Having been exposed to a lot of internet cafes in my home country in the Philippines, I notice how the ambiance of this place definitely caters to gamers and the like. It is well kept and clean and the computers that they provide are more than enough specs to run the most recent games smoothly.
The price is okay for the place, they have packages that lower the price. The more hours you buy, the less it costs, and what’s great is the hours get stored into your account so you can come back and use your remaining hours if you didn’t use all of them that same day.
Overall a great experience, customer service was great and they helped immediately anytime I had an issue. I will definitely be coming back if my computer has problems again!

I’m not much of a gamer so the only reference I have are the Internet cafes in China, but I came here with my boyfriend just to check it out and play some games together. Price wise, It’s pretty cheap. Service was fine, and the game list was a bit weird to figure out. Clicking through was easy enough though. Overall, we had fun playing together, but there were a few issues that did make it hard for us to fully enjoy our time there.
The computers tend to have different games, but not all of them were updated on steam. My computer ended up not responding when it was trying to update Killing Floor 2 so I had to move to another computer, which also had to update the game. When we tried to switch to another game, we would have to wait for the games to load or have trouble getting onto it together for one reason or another. When my boyfriend’s computer stopped responding, we just left because we had played our share and didn’t want to deal with it anymore.
And the bathroom. Oh boy. I have to say that I’m actually impressed with the bathroom because the smell reminded me of bathrooms in China. That is to say, not pleasant at all.
If you’re here to play League, which most patrons seemed to play, that I think the experience will be fine. For us, it just wasn’t something we would do again.

The thing that disturbs me of this place is the restroom. It smells wicked and if you get a computer by there it reeks… Horribly. There’s literally piss on the floors, the toilet seat, just EVERYWHERE. Some headphones don’t work like the mic. Every time I go, the computer takes a long time to load. Most games don’t work. I still have an hour left & I don’t want to go back but maybe for a refund… If they do that.

Always a nice experience when I come here. I know they do their best to make sure everything goes smoothly :) Definitely recommend this to any gamer looking to relax and have fun!

Great price and quality PCs. They keep up to date with new games. Popularly played here are league, Starcraft and some FpS. But mostly league. Lots of food outside and you can bring them in with you. No beer tho lol

Dream Lab is a perfect place for online gaming, especially if you want to sit with your friend and don’t want to go to each other’s house.
Atmosphere is dark and the noise level just depends on the time and day you come. Most of the time its actually filled with loud kids that like to yell across the room to their friends. Which could be irritating.
They have TVs playing games and I believe they even have console systems for you to rent.
Pricing is decent. Its $ 3/​hr and they also offer special offers like if you purchase 10 hours at a time.
Parking in the Plaza is limited so I usually just part on the street

Great computer café, I’ve gone several times with friends to play League and other games. Staff is attentive and really cool. One of the only gaming cafes left around.
Only cons are sometimes programs don’t run or headphones don’t work but it’s usually resolved quickly. Bathroom is a bit nasty. No Warcraft lll :(lol
But the prices are very reasonable and they have to recoup the cost somehow. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone seeking a computer lounge.

A cyber café located in what seems like the heart of Arcadia, not only can you get a great gaming experience experience it’s also located near a lot of other entertainment and food shops. There’s a bowling alley right across the street, a donut shop, boba shop, sandwich shop, massage parlor, and they have a 7 – 11 down the street. I believe my friend was saying there’s a Korean bakery right near there as well. This place is highly supported by other businesses in the community. I’m an oldie gamer, I remember when cyber cafes were the only way to game when I was a kid playing at kombat theatre and the only places next to it were a subway and an arbies, and they had an Automechanic as well haha.
So this place has a lot of support for their gamers if they want to get some delicious food as well as having food in their own establishment. They offer cheap drinks and candy and things. They could easily jack the prices up but they don’t.
My friends and I wanted to game at home and wanted to get together and do some gaming so we took to Unilocal and found this place. This lan center might be the best one in Southern California, if I’m not being too humble. It’s clean, they have amazing customer service, the girl there was super nice and quick about getting our accounts up and going so we could get to playing.
If it’s your first time here and you don’t know the set up make sure you give yourself another 30 minutes at least to learn the set up and ask questions, we burned a lot of time learning how to get it all set up and fix some problems we had. My friend had to ask about his headphones, I had to figure out my headphones and mouse. We had a problem with teamspeak as well. We eventually just jacked someone’s mumble and were fine playing on that. To get counterstrike up and going was fine but to get your own settings up takes a couple minutes. But if I remember correctly, I signed off and signed back on and it still remembered my config so I’m wondering if it will remember for next time.
Cons is that their mouse is not one I use and I have a specific grip. Their mouse pads are way too short. Their keybaords are too hard to push down and a different style than I’m used too. My ears and head are sensitive so I brought my own mousepad (qck heavy) and my zowie fk1. Next time I will bring my own keyboard too, I can still feel my wrists hurt from using that board. The monitors are 60hz and I’m used to 144hz. And on CS we were getting 80 – 150 fps. I’m used to getting a constant 300 fps. And their chairs are too short for ergonomic playing however the chairs are really comfortable just need to be taller. The bathroom is arguably clean considering there’s a bunch of high school dudes playing. Also each station as well as the gear is really clean, A for health rating haha.
The pros are that this is actually an amazing place to come in and hang out with your friends. The atmosphere is hardcore gaming and good times. For their members I’m sure the gear is top notch, mostly high schoolers and such who may not be able to pay for the gear my friends and I have. Gamers who have grown up and still love playing. Their mouses are gaming status. Though I’m not sure why they don’t have mechanical keyboards, they would heavily change the status of this place. They’re willing to switch out gear if it’s broken. We had to switch out a pair of headphones for our friends. You can bring your own gear and it’s easy to use. Their games are up to date and they have A LOT of great games. Though most people are playing LoL and CS haha. A huge pro is that you can bring your own food and drinks in they’re very trusting about that. That’s really nice. Prices are cheap it’s like $ 20 for 10 hours and any time you don’t use stays on your account. I think we still have 7 hours there.
All in all amazing customer service. The girl working at the desk must be a gamer because she knew a lot about how to fix everything and she cared to get it working as if man if this was my experience I would want it up and going instantly so they look out for you here. Great atmosphere and good food and drinks around.
⁴⁄₅ stars only because the gear could be better specifically the chairs were too short and the keyboards need an upgrade, everything else is being not picky but the chairs have to be higher for better ergonomics and the keyboards mechanical for the same reason.

Price: A bit expensive… I’m forced to buy 4 hours minimum because I use card everytime. I don’t like this.
Quality: Great quality equipment (screens, mice, headphones, keyboards). Stations are clean. Chairs are comfy if you average height. I’m small, so they’re not for for me. Womp.
Service: Can’t complain.

First off, I’ve been going here for over 11 years, and they did have a change of ownership but BOY was that in the right direction.
If you are a gamer and aren’t at dreamlab, I have no Idea what you are doing.
They have Console games as well as PC games. So get your street fighter on while your waiting for your league team to log on to pwn some noobs.
DL is way better than PC shop or any other Internet café I have been to. The staff is hella chill, and the owner is a mad chill gamer himself. They breed gaming legends.
This is by far a superior alternative to just having a Lan party at your house with your SUB-​par desktops/​laptops (and no AC.)
The pricing is $ 3/​hour or $ ²⁰⁄₁₀ hours… And you can save your time until the next time you come back… perfect business model.
This place is way too underrated and for sure deserves a sixth star for their business, their services, and always having snacks to munch on while gaming.
I spent a whole summer in here and totally kicked my drug addiction due to the environment.
It looks a little ehhhh outside, but inside it truly is extravagant. A dream land — dreamlab.

This PC Café as well as the one in Rowland called (e-​games) are the ones I frequent. I really like this PC Café because the workers here are always so nice and friendly. You have to make a username and prepay for your hours, but it’s not a big deal. They don’t have as many computers as The Grid in Chino or E-​Games, however it usually doesn’t get too crowded.
The only downside is that SOMETIMES, you can get disconnected, but only sometimes. Out of like the 20 times I’ve been here, it’s only happened like 5 times, but it’s veryyyy brief. 5 seconds? And the bathroom smells really bad, like pee… but it’s a gaming lab, it’s bound to happen with all the boys just running in to do some business in between their games.
But this doesn’t defer me from giving this place a 5 star review since the service is great, they provide nice headsets, and they provide many other games for you to play. :)

Basically, it’s a neat place to play at for some LoL matches for a few hours. New to the neighborhood and with no internet at home, decided to try this place. Staff is nice and helpful since I was a first timer at this place. The ambiance has the gamer feel with many figures from different games. Plenty of games being displayed on multiple monitors for visitors to watch. Saw someone playing FFX on the big screen which was awesome since it’s one of my favorite games. Snacks and soda available if hunger sets in. Overall, I would be back for sure.

Great high speed computer gaming center. Prices are affordable at $ 3/​hr, 10/​4, ²⁰⁄₁₀. You can add the $ 20 for 10 hour deal and use your hours however you wish. I’d recommend doing this if you plan on coming here and gaming more than just once and wanna save some money. If you buy your hours couple at a time separately each time you visit, you can see how you would be losing money over time. I still have an hour or two left from the $ 20 I put back in Nov/​Dec.
The place is well kept with nice setup and lighting. Computers are top flight and seats are comfortable. They have various treats such as sodas, candies, chips, etc. that are all cheap and yummy. They even provide the disinfecting wipes to clean your computer area if you wish to. If you are a ocd germphobic like me, then this is a major plus! Don’t forget to use that hand sanitizer after touching the restroom key too ;-)

Dreamlab has saved me multiple times from my withdrawals. I usually spend my time here in 4 hour sections. The pricing is $ 3/​hour and I usually get 4 hours for $ 10. Although the ambiance is relatively nice, there are some instances where the people get really loud and that’s to be expected from people «getting into» their game, however some people might take that as a negative aspect of an internet café but personally I have no objections to it. There are also refreshments for a relatively low price and they implemented a five stars reward program. With the money I’ve thrown at dreamlab, I most likely could have bought a stronger computer rig.

This is a great place to game and let some frustrations out.
Upon Arrival: If you’ve never been here, you’ll let them know that its your first time there. They’ll ask you what username you want to use (could be anything i’m sure, as long as its not vulgar?). Something like FunkyChicken44 would work: P
Hours: You can prepay for 1 hour, or 40 hours. The more hours you prepay for the bigger the discount you receive.
Computers: They have I would say about 35 – 40 computers setup. They’re setup in a way that they can’t be modified unless approved by their front desk or owner. If theres a game that they don’t have that you want added, you could ask them. If the demand is high enough for them to add it I’m sure they would allow it.
Noise: Usually music is playing on their speakers. And the occasional shouting, but otherwise typical for a Internet Gaming Café.
Games: They offer lots of the most popular games currently.
Issues: Any issues that arise, you can let the Front Desk know and they’ll take care of you right away.

This place is awesome if you like to game; especially with friends. Affordable prices, great equipment, and amazing customer service.

Love/​hate dream lab. Yet I will keep coming back forever, because this is probably the best internet café in the area. $ 20 for 10 hours, yay! Good thing I brought a jacket too, because it got super freakishly cold :(Which is understandable and necessary, since there’s 332 409 582 345@#% computers running. Later on they turned the air off, and it became all hot/​stuffy/​smelly because some people are just stinky like that. Unpleasant.
League is under strategy games. Took me forever to find it the first time because there were so many games =_​_​_​_​=
I like that there are tables and chairs in the center for people who just want to chill/​eat. It also gets kind of noisy after 3, because all the high school kids begin to trickle in. 10 hours seems like a lot, but it goes pretty fast. Before I knew it, the sky was dark and I realized I should go ._​_​_​_​. Haha.
Pros:

— Skype, Vent, Steam, everything is also there
— Comfy chairs
— 101 Noodle Express is next door, yum!
Cons:
— Bathroom is so gross. And definitely not meant for girls. Ever.
— Seat is a bit too low for the chair
