Really quick delivery. They often have promotions so check it out. Also, the package is really nice. Very descriptive information about their product on the box of where’s it comes from and where it is packed. According to their information their nest is harvested in Malaysia or Philippines (I don’t remember at least it is not from China) it is packed in U. S with USA approval. Very trustful company.

I alway ordered from online for my parents. they like the products from this company and enjoyed it. but recently I ordered a few item & one of the item never came, I emailed and called them today but they still don’t know where the item is at and they said it was delivered. so I lost about $ 500, then had to spend another $ 500 somewhere else. not sure if I want to do business with them again.

My friend gave me one bottle, I tried it and love it, so i decided to buy a package. Gave it to my kids and they love it as well, I’ve been drinking it for 6 months now and turns out it really good to boost up the immune system especially for the kids. Since they have 30 days money back guarantee they assured me to try out the product. Turn out it’s the real one. The color stays as it was and they don’t add any additives or anything on it, my whole family love it. We will order for more. The customer service is also very friendly, and honest. I ordered a package of bird nest from this company through their website,
, it’s supposed to be the top AAA bloody nest type. My dad is 65 years old and he has asthma for 20 years so I figured this will boost up his immune system a little bit, it turned out that the product is fake. When we soaked the bird nest in the water for an hour, the red color extracted from the nest and the nest is white when it’s supposed to be the red kind. Furthermore, it’s some kind of dried jelly that they substituted, I was very disappointed. I emailed and told them I want my money back and no one responds to my email, please do not order from this company.
