Dishonest business pactices !!! Don’t deal with these creeps. ZERO STARS IF I COULD !!!

This store is under investigation and is waiting to be shut down. They have so many under the table businesses which they can’t disclose. Yet, they wound sound very sincere and tell you «we just want to help you and save your money!» Yet, they always try to convince you to change your bill to a different name or address, then change your numbers, that way they will credit you back $ 300! They also suggest you to do this every 6 months then it will maximize your benefits. They are big fat liars! First of all, you will never get your discounts or whatever credits they promise you UNLESS you call them every day to inquire. Second, by changing numbers, they basically terminate your contract and ruin your credit behind your back. They won’t tell you any of these. They use your name to order new phones but the phones get shipped to their store and they give you an used phone which has no service. Every time when you walk into the store, you will see some customers pointing their angry fingers at the sales woman named Kelly. She is so used to criticism that she’s indifferent to any comments. She’s the devil who will ruin your credit and she always tells you «I have a customer in front of me. Can I call you back in 10 mins?» But guess what, she will never return any calls! On the other hand, they are boldly lying to TMobile to cover their underground fraudulent business. Don’t be fooled by their first-​time false smiles. They will only mess up your bills (you will see surprising charges on your first couple bills, way over what you should pay for), never waive your charges or give you discounts they promise, ruin your credit. Their prey is YOU — people who are honest and unaware of their scam or those old people who don’t speak English or use the internet!
