History
Established in 2011.
Dr. Richard Fox graduated Cleveland Chiropractic College Los Angeles in 1983. In 1987, he started his post-doctoral work in athletic injuries receiving his degree as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician. In 1992, Dr. Fox was honored as the 16th person to receive Diplomate status as a Chiropractic Sports Physician, from the American Chiropractic Association. From 1990 to present day, he continues to work with elite, world-class, USA Olympic medalists, and professional athletes. In 1990, he started working with the medical tent of the Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP). Since 2004 to present, Dr. Fox has been serving as Founder of medical services for the Los Angeles Derby Dolls, an all women’s professional banked track roller derby team. As a result of is involvement with athletic injuries Dr. Fox designed and patented Second Knee, a protective, stabilizing and supportive knee brace for competitive athletes of all levels.

Since 2004 to present, Dr. Fox has been serving as Director of medical services for the Los Angeles Derby Dolls, an all women’s professional banked track roller derby team. In 2011, Dr. Fox served as the doctor for Team USA roller derby in the first World Cup of Roller Derby, held in Toronto, Canada. He is currently a featured sports injury columnist for Blood and Thunder magazine. He remains as Associate Faculty, offering Chiropractic interns a private practice rotation in sports injuries and acute trauma, with the Los Angeles Derby Dolls.
