In addition to formal training, Christine has worked in the food service industry for 27 years.

Utilizing her experience in multiple capacities, Christine works with you from the beginning planning stages of your event through the final clean up. Although her background is Italian, Christine will work with you creating menus incorporating what is in season keeping all of your specifications in mind.
